We love our new atmosphere sectional. We’ve had only positive experiences from start to finish. The website was easy to use and we had no problems designing the couch for our space. It arrived within a week of ordering. We were given a window of time for delivery and were able to get all 16 boxes delivered straight to our garage. The boxes were labeled well and made everything fairly easy to assemble. Just a little time consuming. We had an issue with a defect in one of our chair covers. We reached out to customer service and a new cover was delivered within days. It doesn’t not slip on our floors at all and we have not needed to use the included hardware to keep the pieces together. The couch is everything we’d hoped for. It’s firm but very comfortable. We have fallen asleep on it almost every evening. The chenille fabric is so soft and has held up to 2 dogs well and is very easy to clean.

I absolutely love this couch and rug combo. The price was great and the product is very high quality. Its super easy to put together and it was delievered extremely fast.

Loved the designs. Had trouble picking just one. Rug is beautiful in the dining area. Didn’t realize the pad came with it so add that info to the website. Delivered sooner than expected.

Beautiful couch. Unmatched customer service. This company was very responsive, always responding within a few hours over email. They were reasonable - offering multiple fair solutions to my questions and concerns. The Ciello couch lacks bounce, but it makes up for it in other ways. The deep and wide seating, the large firm and movable pillows, the height of the seat arm and seat back, along with the flat and wide surface area of the arms/backs (suitable even for resting drinks) made the couch incredibly sturdy and worthy of sinking into. I actually dream of sitting in my couch when I am away from home.

I tried these pillows due to the positive reviews. I highly recommend because they are made for any type of sleep position as described. My neck has not hurt since using these pillows. I will order them again to use in my guest rooms.

They sent the wrong pieces and I submitted a ticket and have yet to hear for them to rectify this problem

The experience in general was very good. The product came quickly, was well packaged. The quality was very good. The only reason I didn't give a 5-star is it was a lot harder to assemble than I thought. Wrestling the pillows into the pillowcases was really hard. But overall, I am very satisfied with the furniture.

I love my sofa, the design is so practical for my apartment. It’s beautiful, has unparalleled storage capacity, and is pretty comfy. We’ll see how it does in terms of durability.
Getting the sofa initially took a while, but they set the expectation for that, so that’s fair. What I didn’t expect is how much I would have to work for replacement parts when my sofa had issues after a short period of time (in the context of normal wear and tear). After reaching out with images of the defect they initially denied a replacement, but when I expressed dissatisfaction they sent a replacement. The first replacement was the incorrect part, so it required additional follow up from me. It was tiresome, but the final result is what I wanted.
I think my real score is a 3.5, but since I can only select whole numbers I went with a 4. The customer service team put in some effort, and I can’t completely rag on that.

To be honest, I read a lot of mixed reviews about couches (including this one) when we started shopping around. I have a Great Dane and a German Shepard, so our search for the perfect fit without breaking the bank was a tough one. Eventually, I pulled the trigger on the Ciello, and it was a great choice. I took a lot of pride in getting rid of our old sectional and having the new couch/living room staged and ready when my husband came home from work...let me tell you...I set this thing up in 1.5 hours (door to floor) by myself. Amazing.

Not only that, but my dogs lounge/play on the couch pretty much all day and night, so we knew that eventually it would look well-loved, but have been so impressed with the way it keeps its shape and washes up. The cushion covers are easy to remove and wash, the pet hair comes right off, and it looks good as new in under an hour.

I am very pleased with the purchase overall!

Having your own shipment company would be great. Packages were delivered via FedEx and I had to bring all the boxes up two flights of stairs.

Delivery was quick. Product was built well and we love our couch!

Horrific delivery, multiple delays and even had the product switch multiple times due to inventory issues. Ultimately did not get the original product that I wanted but had to "make due" since I was moving into a house for 3 months without a couch. I was given a discount but imo it was not equivalent to how horrible this experience was. Don't make the same mistake I made and have multiple options otherwise you might be stuck/trapped into these products without realizing it. Buyer beware

The customer service is top notch. I was able to switch out my chaise extension for an ottoman, due to physical limiting ability. Return was as simple as can be, fast and efficient. The chat team is class act. I’m really happy with the sofa, highly recommend Cozey!!! Actually have 3 family members who now have Cozeys. Great great company, thank you Cozey!!

Obsessed with our couch! It's cozy (obviously) easy to put together and the couch came in a week! We had an awful experience with other brands and this was was the easiest and had the best options!

Easy to follow instructions with template for mounting included made everything very easy! Recyclable packaging and very little plastic or styrofoam was appreciated!
I purchased refurbished products and they were in good condition, and I liked the opportunity to intercept returns that might have been destined for the landfill.

After months of researching, reading, and watching reviews, I decided on a Cosey sofa for its storage options, wide arms, extra sets of covers in different colors, and included pillows—I now regret the additional covers and pillows.

Shipping was prompt, and everything arrived well-packaged in 10 boxes. Once assembled, the sofa looks stylish and feels comfortable—firm enough to sleep on, with great seat dimensions.

Applying the covers was fairly straightforward, though they are quite tight and require strong hands. That snug fit does give the sofa a well-made appearance with no wrinkles, which is a definite plus.

The armless chair assembled quickly and gave us confidence moving forward. Unfortunately, the corner units and storage sections were a completely different experience.

Neither corner piece would sit flush, no matter how much we adjusted them. Placing the cushions over the storage compartments was extremely difficult—nearly impossible without flipping the corner units into multiple positions and even standing on the arms just to force the legs of the cushions into place. This makes the storage feature essentially unusable unless you’re willing to repeat that cumbersome process each time, likely causing stored items to shift or fall out.

The plastic leg holders were also very frustrating to install. While attaching them to one set of legs was manageable, lifting the heavy corner units and securing the legs properly proved too difficult, and we ultimately gave up on that part.

To keep everything aligned, we ended up placing a 2x6 board along the length of the sofa to stabilize the sections.

As for the pillows—they are extremely disappointing. I expected them to expand after unpacking, but they remained flat and lifeless, offering no real support. While they help complete the look, you’ll likely want to replace them with better-quality options.

I was especially excited about the storage for seasonal items and the ability to switch out covers for a fresh look. Unfortunately, due to the difficulty of accessing the storage and handling the components, that feature is not practical for us.

Couch was delivered within 3 days! Super easy to assemble albeit labor intensive to get the covers on. It’s comfortable and beautiful. After about a week or 2 I’m obsessed. I hope it lasts structurally!
