Great Customer Sevice!!

The customer service was absolutely outstanding! We originally ordered the Luna couch and ran into a few issues, but the Cozey team went above and beyond to make things right. From the very beginning, they truly put the customer first and were with me every step of the way until everything was completely resolved.
They made the return process incredibly easy and stress-free, and their communication and support throughout the entire process were amazing. We now have the Neptune model and absolutely love it!
Thank you again for all the hard work you and your team put in to support your customers, it really shows and is greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!

Cushions are thin and flimsy

Cushions are thin and flimsy. I had to double up the cushion insert just to have a little durability. You have to fluff multiple times a day or you’ll feel the boning of the couch. Not worth 2K+ dollars.

We completely understand your perspective. The Ciello is designed as a plush, cloud-style sofa, which means the cushion inserts are intentionally soft and airy. Because of this design, they do require regular fluffing to maintain their shape and loft, and when they compress after sitting, that compression can be more noticeable than with a firmer, more structured sofa. We understand that if you’re used to a firmer style of seating, this level of maintenance can definitely feel like a lot.

We did send replacement cushions in January to help refresh the inserts and improve the comfort, but we understand that the upkeep can still feel frustrating, especially when you were expecting something that required less daily adjustment.

Beautiful Ciello

Looked at this couch for 6 months before making the purchase. Bought refurbished and it came in looking brand new and packaged carefully. There were 2 missing pieces which customer service responded and shipped out promptly! After a week I decided we needed it to be slightly larger, so I purchased a (new) additional seat. Shipped quickly! A month of having the couch and I love it! Comfortable and beautiful!
Kudos to amazing customer service- who even followed up to make sure we received everything and were satisfied!

Creating an Atmosphere at Home

The Atmosphere couch is everything for a small space. I opted for storage in each seat and would recommend it. The cushions were much harder to put on than expected and I won’t change them if I don’t have to.

When we ordered our sofa from Cozey we had felt that we did our homework looking for the right fit of furniture for our living room, having no idea that we ordered the best sofa we’ve ever had, hands down. It’s as comfortable as it is stylish and we are over the moon with our experience with this company. So wonderful receiving a product the exceeds our expectations. For once! I’d give 10 stars of if I could.

I changed the address with fedex since…

I changed the address with fedex since my couch was going to get delivered at my house I just sold and the delivery date changed for one day later. But fedex delivered to the old address and they boxes had to be in the rain and messed everything up, also the assemble process was a nightmare. 10000% not worth the money. I want to return

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to find that the order was still delivered to your previous address, especially if the boxes were left outside in the rain and potentially damaged.

Amazing investment purchase!

I’ve been looking at buying a couch from Cozey for over a year now. Then a pop up location came to NYC this past summer and after sitting on these couches I knew I needed one in my home! This was one of the best investment purchases I’ve made for my home. The couch is gorgeous, functional, and was pretty easy to assemble! Definitely easier with 2 people but overall an amazing experience. It also got delivered way earlier than the expected delivery date which worked in my favor.

Problem resolution has been a nightmare!

Loved the quality, color, etc. until we went to put it together and discovered two pieces with incorrect brackets. IT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE GETTING THIS ISSUE RESOLVED! I still to this date do not have a full functioning sectional. I have sent numerous pictures, videos, emails and mad phone calls starting on day of receipt! It has now been a month! I have been told incorrect information and been sent incorrect pieces!

The yellow color is vibrant and instantly brightens the room. It’s stylish, comfortable, and very well made. The perfect statement piece and a great spot to relax. Super happy with my purchase—highly recommend Cozey!

Excellent

I purchased a fairly large arrangement of the Ciello including an chaise and an ottoman. All 10 packages were delivered to my front door and I was able to bring them inside easily. I did this by myself and I am a female, 5'3". The directions were excellent, I had also watched an assembly video prior to its arrival.

I as able to assemble this myself in a couple of hours (i wasnt in any rush). It would have been easier for sure with 2 people but it was fine to do by myself. The fabric feels good, the product feels really solid and its comfortable. The chaise cushion comes vacuum wrapped and is taking a few days to fully breathe but I trust it will be comfortable too. My 13 year old son really loves it and its nice to have a new couch thats really nice and didnt totally break the bank.

Cozey shipped incredibly fast! Unfortunately the xL Ciello overwhelmed our space. Cozey was awesome helping us exchange for a regular. Again, shipped really fast. The regular is great in our space. Finally, very satisfied!

Consultation Experience- Amazing and Helpful!

I scheduled a consultation with a Cozey representative, and I am so glad I did! They were very knowledgable in assisting me with all my questions, and having the opportunity to speak to someone in real time, not over email, was fantastic. Thank you for providing this platform. After speaking to the rep, I purchased our sofa right away.

Extremely satisfied with this couch

Extremely satisfied with this couch. Super easy to assemble and it’s big and comfortable. Tough enough for my grandsons too. Order shipped separately so we had to reach out to customer support and they were amazing. Apologized for the separate deliveries but kept us up to date on where the second shipment was and when it was being delivered. The communication was great. We purchased the Gaia four seats with two ottoman’s and the size and quality is really worth the price.

Ciello sectional, must buy!

I ordered the ciello five seater sectional and I absolutely love it! It looks so good in my living room. Such great quality and not a nightmare to put together. Shipping took a few weeks and came in about 15 boxes. But I am very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend spending the money to have a couch of this quality!
