Honestly, we were initially hesitant to order the Neptune sleeper sectional from Cozey because of the price. But once it arrived, we understood why. Assembling it was a bit challenging for one person, but it was absolutely worth it. We love our Cozey!

Wonderful product and it’s so comfy. You had great updates on delivery. But had an issue with fedex not communicating the delivery.

The sofa is so comfortable! Its exactly what I was looking for. Modern,comfortable, inviting. Customer service was amazing and delivery was quick.

I purchased a modular Atmosphere sofa from Cozey for $2,787.84 expecting the sections to sit flush together as shown in their marketing.

In reality, there are noticeable gaps between modules (around 1–1.5 inches in places), and the sections separate further during normal use. This affects both the appearance and stability of the couch.

I followed all assembly instructions, installed all connectors properly, and reassembled the couch multiple times. The issue remained unchanged.

After submitting photos, the company confirmed this is considered “normal design” and declined a refund, return, or replacement.

For a $2,700+ product, I do not believe this matches how the couch is presented in their advertising or what most customers would reasonably expect from a modular sectional.

I would recommend that potential buyers review real customer photos carefully and that the company provide more transparent representation of how the modules actually sit.

Easy set up. I typed the wrong delivery address and they corrected it quickly. It looks great and is very comfortable.

We love our new couch! It's beautiful & comfortable! Something to note is that the delivery people will just leave all of the boxes outside your home if you're not there, so be prepared. Also, the boxes were heavier than we expected & getting the cushions into some of the slipcovers was challenging. The actual assembly is very straightforward, but it may take longer than you originally anticipated due to these factors.

The Atmosphere couch is amazing, high quality and sleek! I love that I can change out the couch covers if I get tired of the color. So awesome. Assembly was easy and delivery was smooth.

While we did not find the sofa to work for us, the company’s Customer Service sure did! It makes purchasing online a not so bad experience and we appreciated them helping with the return process and following through until refund arrived. Excellent.

Delivery was very quick and painless. The most difficult part of the assembly process was all the packaging. Get a trash bag and break boxes down as you go along so you have enough space. I wasn't sure what to expect in terms of comfort and quality, but both are great. It is absolutely a cozy couch. I went with the XL and I have no regrets. It's so deep and comfortable. The cushions are firm enough that I think they'll hold up for many years. I also absolutely love the fabric. It's only been a week but so far so good. I hope it holds up for many years.

These couches are great! Customer service is great! Easy to put together, comfortable, and durable. Price is around the same as other couches with less durability and flexibility.
