We have only had our couch for about 2 weeks, but so far it is fabulous. It is one of those couches that you have to be ready to land in it because you won't be getting up for some time. Most likely you have fallen asleep on one of the cushie pillows. We ordered the XL Ciello and boy is it XL! We wanted a comfortable deep set couch and this is exactly that!

My package was delivered damaged, they immediately helped me and sent a new package out. The couch was easy to assemble and such a good quality.

Great customer service after sending the wrong piece for my couch

We set up the couch 4 days ago and have loved it. It has everything we want. Extra storage for our small house, Firm cushions, washable, and the sleeper bed made a great blanket fort base (with the help of a Swiffer mop, bed sheet, clips). As a family with 2 kids I don't don't think we can ask for more.
The only downside is my cat treats it similarly to how he treats the carpet(scratching and throwing up on). So far his treatment of the couch hasn't shown damage.

the couch is amazing, packaged very nicely and very easy to assemble. I love the fact that you can change the fabric and add pieces as you like.

First, the Cozey website is amazing at guiding you through different couch designs, colors, fabrics, and layouts! The swatches arrived so fast after ordering so we could finalize which fabric we liked. We have cats, so we let the cats have fun with the fabric swatches, and the swatches are still in great shape. Then, ordering the couch was very easy too. It was fun putting together our layout and order it! 6 days later, we have all 8 boxes of our couch, which then was constructed in less than 2 hours. After the cushions had some time to breathe, they’re super comfy and love spending hours on the couch! So glad we invested into this couch - don’t regret this decision! I’m also an interior designer, and love the overall design and color of my couch. So it is interior designer approved!

The Solis Adjustable Table is fantastic. It's the perfect industrial style side table for my living room. I was not expecting such solid construction but it's the perfect FFF style table. My only possible complaint is the piston mechanism can be a bit finicky to adjust but I'm not adjusting it much so it's not much of a bother to me.

The view is different configurations is great, but the price calculator would glitch at times and I would get a very different price depending on how I added items. Also if the description of then chaise 1 side or 2 could be more clear in the add-on would be great as the price didn’t change for 1 side chaise vs 2.

We really did order our Cozey Couch off the great videos and information offered in the website. Surprisingly? It came in 12 boxes which arrived within about 10 days of ordering it on the day they said it would come. The couch is so comfy. We did spill red wine on it and it wiped right off with a rag and fabric wash. So happy with the quality and comfort.

We received the product much earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise. I wish there were an option for the couch to be dropped off at a specific time and assembled for us though. Other than that it’s great and the set up was easy enough.

I ordered my couch on January 26th, but it wasn’t assembled and ready until February 22nd—nearly a full month later. Had I known about the significant shipping delays and the actual difficulty of the assembly process, I never would have purchased from this brand.

What’s most frustrating is that Cozey didn’t take any initiative when my order went missing. I had to reach out myself after weeks of silence to get a replacement sent. As a customer, I expect a company to monitor their shipments and intervene before I have to chase them down. I would not recommend Cozey based on this experience.

Great to handle, set up and comfortable!

I am typing quietly because our daughter, visiting from college, is sleeping on our very comfortable Cozy couch near me. Having just relocated from an extended stay working Europe and just the two of us, we rented a very central but relatively small apartment until we learn neighborhoods to buy something. The Cozy couch is a fantastic addition.

I ordered color samples. They were free, I didn’t have to give them a credit card number or create an account and they shipped promptly with tracking. I will be ordering a sofa from the soon based on the samples and the service.

This was exactly what we were looking for in our new theater space. Fits as expected, put together fairly quickly. Hardest part is dealing with the boxes.

Excellent design, from usability to fabrics to comfort. Responsive customer service. We had our sofa arrive FAST.

I love our Cozey Gaia couch. It’s comfy, the chenille green fabric is beautiful and soft. Compared to other options it’s affordable. Also easy to assemble. The only downside is you have to be sitting in the middle of the cushion for it to be comfortable, but this might be an issue for all sectional cloud couches. The rug we got is a beautiful pattern however it sheds and the puzzle pieces of the rug mat are always coming apart. We plan to duct tape them together. I’m hoping the shredding ends soon, we’ve had the couch and rug for about 3 weeks.

My order shipped fast and was delivered in a timely manner. Assembly was easy and I’m thrilled with the quality!
