Overall good couch!

Overall good experience and I am happy with the couch. It's very comfortable and looks nice, however the back of the couch is not so aesthetically pleasing and this couch would look better up against a wall, rather than in the center of a room, which it is for me. My only other feedback is that the cushions are difficult to insert, and the plastic slots beneath the couch are hard to aim for, making it difficult to attach all the sectionals.

I absolutley love my couch!

I absolutley love my couch!

It was so easy to put together, the difficult part was the chaise, which took 2 people due to size, but aside from that I was able to do all of it by myself!

The absolute best part, was how quickly it shipped. I was expecting it to take a week, but it arrived the following day.

The material is even better than the swatches and the structure is fantastic. Overall I couldn’t ask for a better experience!

We absolutely LOVE our Cozey couch

We absolutely LOVE our Cozey couch - it was by far our favorite couch we tried while shopping and it’s totally lived up to our expectations since it arrived. Set up was a breeze and it looks great - for a couch with such ample dimensions and depth, it still manages to blend in well to our space, and honestly accentuate it. We are thrilled with the purchase.

Comfy, cute and quick delivery

I’ve had my couch a couple weeks now, and I’m so happy. Ordering online is scary but there was an option to return in 30 days, which I won’t need but was nice to have the option. Shipping was easy and surprisingly fast especially based on some older reviews. It was delivered 5 days after ordering. I was able to assemble everything myself pretty quickly, takes a little elbow grease but nothing I couldn’t handle. It’s comfortable, and looks great (I got the Atmosphere), I’d recommend 10/10

I love it!! So cozy and roomy and the color is perfect. I struggled to put it together solo, but once I got help it was pretty easy.

The delivery process was a complete…

The delivery process was a complete mess! No way any company should ship/delivery incomplete pieces of a sectional under any circumstances! The inconvenience and have a “partial” sectional while you wait for the others to arrive 3 days later will definitely remove any recommendations I would have for a product!

Hi Dave, thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about your delivery experience. When ordering any furniture, the delivery should be smooth and complete, and we understand how frustrating it is to receive only part of your sectional and be left waiting for the rest to arrive.

In some cases, if the carrier’s truck doesn’t have enough space for all the boxes, a shipment may be split in transit. That said, the remaining boxes should be held and delivered together once the full order is available. This clearly didn’t happen in your case, and we completely agree that it shouldn’t have unfolded this way.

A member of our team will be reaching out to you directly to discuss your experience further. We’ll also be sharing your feedback with our logistics and operations teams so we can continue improving the delivery process for our customers.

I bought the Altus. BIG mistake!

I bought the Altus because you can expand the sofa over time, piece by piece. My plan was to join my two couches into one sectional after renovating, which I just completed. Just found out that I have to start against and spend another few thousand dollars on a couch because they are retiring the collection and only offer my fabric (which was standard) as a custom made order now. Ouch - that’ll be pricey!
I also have to replace the chaise cushion because it’s flattened, and some of the covers because they have pulls. It’ll be cheaper to go with a brand new sofa from somewhere else which is exactly what I’ll do.

Hi Lisa, thank you for sharing your feedback, we completely understand your frustration. When purchasing modular furniture, it’s only natural to expect the flexibility to expand your setup later on, especially after investing in a collection like the Altus.

While the Altus line has been discontinued, we do have a modularity promise in place to support customers like you who want to grow their existing setup. We can still produce additional Altus modules made to order in your original fabric. There’s no extra fee for this service, however, since they are made to order, processing and delivery can take up to 6 months.

Regarding the cushion and fabric concerns, your sofa is covered under our warranty in the case of premature wear. While regular wear like softening and minor pulls can be expected over time, significant cushion compression or excessive fabric damage may be covered. Our product team can take a closer look and assess if a replacement is needed.

We weren’t able to locate your original order with the information provided. If you could reach out to our Customer Happiness team or share your order number with us here, we’d be happy to assist you further with both the Altus add-ons and any necessary replacements.

Cozey is fantastic

Cozey is fantastic. The furniture is beautiful and I received it very quickly. I bought the Stella coffee tables. I didn’t get the matching tv stand because it wasn’t in my budget & now I’m bummed that I didn’t. Great company!

helpful support team

I erroneously ordered my sofa twice and messaged the Support Team to help correct my issue. Alfonso and the rest of the team were super responsive and helped resolve and also assisted with a few other follow-up inquiries I had. In the end, I received the correct sofa, and even a few days earlier than expected! I could not be happier with the product, but the Cozey team really stepped up to help. 12/10.

Worth every penny! …

Excellent customer service and high quality product! We ordered the Gaia sectional and are very pleased with our new couch. We ended up ordering one too many seats for our living room, so we exchanged a seat for an ottoman and couldn't be happier! Customer service was very responsive and made our exchange very simple. Really nice quality material, easy to wash and maintain for our family of 5 plus a dog, and very very cozey!!

My experience with purchasing a Cozy…

My experience with purchasing a Cozy couch was excellent! I found the company through an Amazon reviewer wishing they'd bought from Cozy instead. I visited the website and found plenty of modular pieces that can be configured to fit most spaces. My space is very small, more of a nook. I purchased the Celia style without arms to save space. The couch packages arrived within 3 days of my order. My friend and I put it together quickly and easily. The instructions were well written and easy to follow. The pieces were smartly shipped without excess packaging. The couch is elegantly designed and extra comfy. We enjoy it everyday and appreciate the quality!

After reviewing the tracking details for your swatch order, we noticed there was an issue with the original tracking number. The order was created on January 26th, just a few days after it was placed, but the tracking number needed to be replaced. Customer service is unmatched

Customer service is unmatched! We had a few minor concerns with our couch and they stopped at nothing to ensure we love it (which we do!). I would absolutely recommend both the Atmosphere couch and generally buying through Cozey because of the top notch experience.
