Super Cozey couch

Shipping was on the faster end of their estimate, and the couch is simply stunning. Now I cant tell you it was super easy to put together, but it certainly wasnt hard.

customer service was outstanding

The customer service was outstanding, quick, friendly, helpful responses. I was able to switch out my chaise extension for an ottoman. Return was super easy. I’m really happy with the sofa, except for one detail. The ottoman lid does not fit in smoothly (it is too big for the opening), I can hardly open or close it, which makes the storage function of the ottoman useless.

Wouldn’t wish this on an enemy

This was probably the least comfortable couch that I have ever sat on. It also was very hard to assemble (unlike what the ad claims) - it didn’t come with the right parts, didn’t come with clear instructions, and required deep Reddit research to troubleshoot why it wasn’t coming together.

The support has a heavy but useless AI gate to actually talk to a real person. When trying to order, it was impossible to discern wha the ultimate dimensions of the model would be. The AI agent kept telling me it didn’t know and to look at the page where the info didn’t exist, and I got stuck in a dystopian loop. Once you talk to a human, they are great and helpful. The one bright spot in my terrible experience with this company.

While these might sound bad, it’s nothing compared to the hell that is trying to return this couch. Repackaging it took 3 grown adults more than half of a weekend day; organizing the logistics took about 20 emails with support. At least the refund came through.

When ordering modular furniture, every step from browsing and chatting with us online, to assembly and support, should be smooth and straightforward. We understand how frustrating it must have been when that wasn’t the case for you, specially when it came to getting the information you needed and navigating the return process.

While we’re glad that a member of our Customer Happiness team was able to provide helpful support once you reached them, we’re sorry the return ended up being so complicated. In your case, the difficulty stemmed from an issue with the tracking number that prevented you from scheduling the pickup directly online. To help resolve this, we scheduled the FedEx pickup for you, but we also recognize that the instructions should have been much clearer. You only needed the main tracking number to proceed, and we’ll be reviewing this with our team to improve communication going forward.

When ordering a modular sofa, it’s so important that assembly is smooth and straightforward. The Neptune collection follows a specific sequence from left to right (from the perspective of facing the sofa), and if that sequence is disrupted, it can sometimes cause challenges during setup.

Overall I’m content with my couch

Overall I’m content with my couch, however building it was unnecessarily difficult. I bought the atmosphere modular sectional with storage in a chenille fabric, and I was only able to build half of it before realizing the rest of the pieces I had were defective. I had to have two replacement parts sent to me after trying unsuccessfully for hours to get each part to fit, and even then it was still difficult. Customer service was helpful in resolving my issue at no extra cost to me. That said, now that’s it’s built I would say the couch is very comfy and I like the look, and so far the fabric seems to hold up well. The amount of effort it took to build means I definitely won’t be taking it apart to change the covers and will be cleaning it like a normal couch, but knowing the option is there is nice, and I like that I’ll be able to add more pieces as I move. For the price though, not sure if I would buy it again.

Should have bought IKEA Wrong parts sent plus damage

I am having trouble putting my couch together. The corner arm does not match the piece in the cozey videos and pictures. I have had several messages with the cozey email help team but am not seeming to get anywhere. I just keep being told the piece I have is correct. No matter how I try and finagle it, it just won’t come together.
Several feet on my couch also arrived damaged and there has been no resolution with that.
My living room is taken over by cozey boxes while I wait on a resolution. I was very excited to get the couch but am beyond frustrated.

When you purchase a modular sofa, it’s important that assembly is straightforward and everything fits together smoothly. We completely understand how disappointing it is to have your living room taken over by boxes while you wait on a resolution.

From the photos you've provided, it looks like you may have all the correct modules, but the placement of the arms might be mixed up. The Ciello sectional includes three different types of arms: a corner arm, a right arm, and a left arm. The left arm has receiving hardware, and the right arm has connecting hardware, the sofa is designed to be assembled from left to right when facing it. We’re still waiting on a few more photos from you to confirm, and once we have them, we’ll be able to provide a clear solution.

My honest review with Neptune 3-seater sofa

The Neptune 3-seater sofa looks great and felt firm and supportive when new. The first few months were very comfortable, and the modular design is a big plus.

However, by around 6–9 months, the seat cushions developed noticeable and uneven sagging, despite normal use by only two adults with average BMI. The firmness didn’t hold up as expected for high-density foam.

Customer service was responsive and professional. The issue wasn’t covered under the standard warranty, but CozeyProtection+ allowed cushion replacements at a reduced cost. I’d recommend the sofa for its style and modularity, but strongly suggest adding the protection plan.

A real little beauty of a table

It did take some time for the table to be delivered but it was well worth the wait. The item was packed beautifully with everything in good order. the quality of the table is top notch, it's heavy (solid), well crafted and simply beautiful. Great value for this little gem!

It Works.

It works exactly as it was meant to. Goes up and down readily. It's and nice clean design. I don't mind having it in my living room at all. I use it to write. I use it to watch TV on my computer. It's perfect!

Great couch, but stop using Fedex to ship.

After testing the sleeper sofa in the showroom, we decided to order it. It's a bit more firm than we would normally prefer, but for the price and quality, it's great. We went with the aqua forte fabric in limestone and purchased the bedding kit. Our only issue was shipping. Fedex lost a piece and there was just too much back and forth with customer service over email. It wasn't until I called and spoke to a person that I finally received the help that I needed. If I was in contact with Max from the beginning, I would have given the overall experience 5 stars. I also wish they would use a different shipping company.

Love the couch, Refurbished disappointment

I went back and forth between so many styles and ended up with Gaia. My couch is beautiful. It is very soft and I even ended up putting it in a different arrangement than I had originally planned. It is easy enough to move the modules if we have company and need a longer couch, rather than a square lounge love seat. I took one star off, but honestly, it was my own gamble buying refurbished. It says they review the couch and make sure they have the same quality as a new one. Why not save a little, right? I got the Snow White fabric and put the couch together. As I was putting the covers on, I noticed a few dark grey spots/stains. They are small but it was still a little disappointing. Other than that, all is great!

Cozey is a trustworthy company

Cozey made shopping for a new sofa very easy. Our sofa arrived quickly and was as described. We decided not to keep it and the return policy was as stated. Very impressive company! We will be recommending Cozey to friends and family, and shopping at Cozey again.

Some good, some bad.

Overall, my wife and I like the three couches and two tables that we bought. Candidly the delay in shipping a couple pieces and the fact that the table came broken and we had a missing cushion that took almost one month to get sent to us, made for an unpleasant experience. This is probably due to the shipping courier service so I’m not necessarily blaming Cozey but I felt it could’ve been handled better and more expediently.

Once the damage was confirmed, your replacement Tessella coffee table was shipped the same day the replacement order was created. That said, we do want to sincerely apologize that the replacement cushion order was only placed on January 8th, which understandably added to the frustration.
