Really good quality wood and hardware. Pretty easy construction, though erectjng the tower requires 2 people.
Shipped in strong, minimal packing. I would recommend this product and seller to a friend. Good value for its price as well. Very stable.

There are two issues: 1) The shelves are simply a few inches too small. Once your kitten becomes a cat, it will be harder to navigate. 2) The anchors need to change. The ones provided quickly become loose in the drywall. I replaced with the kind that screw into the drywall hole.

I just adopted an 8 year old dog. He has some arthritis and he absolutely loves his new bed.
He can stretch fully out on it.
He is still a bit stressed. Only with me a week.
But sleeps peacefully on his new bed.

I was very impressed with Coziwow. The product came quickly, it was well packaged to avoid damage and the pieces were well marked with clear instructions for assembly.

Received quickly! I love how you can customize the enclosure I use it for my rabbits. I just wish the tray at the bottom was larger, I had to get a car oil drip tray to fit instead

Looks nice, easy to put together. Though more thought is needed for locking mechanism. We will replace that mechanismsoon.

Cage was perfect and came bigger than I expected which was perfect hamster loves it no longer stressed but only one side on the top of the cage goes down but isn't really a problem!👍👍👍

well where do i start i ordered the set for my cats to have something to climb on n play instead of always running across my tvs mounted on the walls. i ordered it in march it came i opened the box n the stuff looked horrible but i was told that sometimes the machine manufacturer isnt perfect so maybe i was being to judgemental well i still had second thoughts so it stayed in the box until may 11th for two reasons, the first being i just wasnt excited about it n the second being,the person that put it up for me is the only one i trusted to do it the right way n keep it safe for my Cats. He used the stud finder n made sure it
was real sturdy n safe on the walls 21days later i walked in my house n half of it was hanging the brackets were bent n broken the wood chipped from the screws n my one cat was under the bed for 2days scared to death the product is garbage i got some halfass reply that i will be getting a refund that whoever i emailed supposedly emailed the company so i asked for that information n i was told it went theu a few different channels so it would be 5too hard for me to do it myself so basically i was scammed n my cats could have been severely injured or killed. I do not care about any money or refund this is hopefully to spread awareness n precaution about this issue ..

I purchased a small catio. It did arrive within the specified delivery window. It was fairly easy to put together by myself. Only issue is with the latch provided. It is too small for the gap between the door and frame. Barely spanned it at the closest spot and it even bent the first time I pressed on it. Easy fix with a slide bolt latch from any hardware store. Shouldn't prevent you from the purchase.

I received the product timely. The product was exactly what was described and what I expected. The price was very reasonable. I'm a happy camper.

well made construction easy to assemble

Great design for keeping small chicks away from larger flock.

The products themselves are as well-made as particle board can be, match the online listing, and the cats like them. Delivery was on time and assembly was easy. The only problem is the unsuitable chinsy mounting hardware that comes with it. The anchors are needlessly long to the point that they're unusable (and our drywall has overworked holes in it now from where we figured that out), and one of the screws actually broke off while we were drilling it in, leaving half of it permanently stuck inside our wall. We had to purchase better, third-party mounting hardware. The manufacturer knows how the hardware will be used and that the safety of customers' pets relies on it being high quality. Quality control needs to be way better.

Although it took two handymen about an hour to put this together, the result was pleasing. The product is well-constructed with quality materials. Plus the door hinge allows the door to open fully to the cage, hug it and stay there. The only quibble is with the latch, which is very small (although cute and functional), which means I have to carefully pinch it to open the door.

My kitten loved it, it's the perfect way to be outside without him taking risks or endangering other animals. To spend some time in the morning or afternoon when the sun is shining, it is perfect, the size is perfect and with a couple of stakes, no strong storm has touched it.

Our Coziwow cat tree house 42" was absolutely adorable. Plush cushions, easy to assemble. excellent quality. we have purchased many tree houses and this was the best. we loved it so much were going to buy another one.

1 cat loves it, the others like to nap on it.

Our almost 15 year old labradoodle needs help getting into and out of car and as we are older dog parents it became more difficult for us to lift her. This ramp is a little long and we are still training her but overall this has been a good purchase.
