Great experience. Machine arrive in less than two weeks and worked exactly as we hoped for. Been playing it non stop for 6 weeks with no issues

We love the arcade! Quick delivery, and solid craftsmanship. And it looks fantastic in the game room. It's a hit with the whole family and all those who come over for a visit. Would absolutely buy from them again.

Arcade is built very well. Games are great. Delivery was very well. Driver informed. Knew the unit. Tech support helped me out very well to install game board. I got a custom unit and the graphics are amazing. Highly recommend the TR1 unit. My family of 5 play it all the time.

Good experience overall from Q&A prior to purchase, to timeliness of order (simply follow the directions posted - order before 10/31 if you want before Christmas) pretty straight forward. A tech issue appeared on first boot-up, something came lose in shipping, and the tech support walked me through it and left me his personal cell given he was leaving for the holiday. Very impressive.

The only con I would say is to improve the comms while someone is waiting. While I did receive it the week of Christmas, an email stating the status without me having to prompt would have been nice. Once I did ask the response was same day and the tracking information showed up the following day. Again great experience overall and a very well built arcade with modern hardware.

My service requests go days without a response, not even an automated reply. I usually have to send multiple emails. Even when I do connect with someone, they usually don't answer my specific questions. I assume, or I hope, I'm a smaller client for them but it still shouldn't result in poor service or communication. I'm still waiting for a response from 10 days ago to my response to their request for photos of the issue. It just hasn't been a great start to my experience with them - and makes me question submitting for another unit.

I have two issues with buying from Creative Labs. The first is that the vinyl covering of the machine is not professionally done. I have bubbles where the adhesive is not sticking. The second is customer service response to my question was NEVER addressed. The question dealt with the two-player function being inoperatable whereas I cannot use it.

Garbage product. The delay on the screen is so bad. >250ms of input lag and it only runs at 60hz. Although 4k most games on it don't actually display in 4k. Pair that with lag it the thing a piece of junk. Totally unresponsive when i requested a refund. STAY AWAY.

Everyone has been a pleasure to work with. Production delays cause a delay on my arcade, but that seems to be the norms these days. The team at Creative Arcades has been on top of things and always quick to respond with the truth.

Speedy service all the way from California. From customer service to the design department to the delivery guy who actually drives their merchandise all over the country to your doorstep is the 💣. If you deal with any other company after reading this you are definitely missing out !!!The best is an understatement!!!

There was player 4 that had a broke wire, and I had to ask for my stools that I bought 2 weeks after I got my machine. That was a $210 purchase. I received them but I have to get my connectors together. A bit off as ot should have been solid. I'm concerned.

The crew always got back to me when I left a message and the communication was great. The machine is great as well

Got the 4 Person Slim 6400 games. So happy with the delivery team of taking care of getting it in the right spot and giving a quick rundown on how to operate. Great company. Great Conversation Piece and awesome to play all the vintage games of my past!!!!

Sales answered ally questions promptly, delivery was less than 3 weeks, white glove delivery was good but still had to help them get it into the basement myself. Had a few tech problems with the pinball but sunbeam the tech support guy was awesome and got it resolved quickly for me. Been a great experience with this company so far.

We had a great experience designing our new arcade machine with Creative Arcades. They were incredibly quick responding to all of our questions while we were deciding which machine was the best for us. Once we made our purchase, Travis reached out to us immediately to start on our custom graphics. Working with Travis on the graphics was a treat. We weren't 100% sure what we wanted when we started. As we worked with Travis, the design came together. He accommodated all of my requests and recreated my drawings flawlessly. He is amazing! The machine shipped very quickly and was well packed when we received it. My husband loves playing all the games he played as a kid. It is just like being in the arcade. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

I couldn't recommend this more. An incredible machine, great quality, and we did the custom wrap which looks awesome. The team was communicative and did an amazing job designing the wrap as well.

Overall we are happy but there are some deficiencies that could be easily corrected. First and worst is the skin for the machine was not put on well and we had to glue down 2 corners that had pulled up ourselves. Second is the exhaust fan is REALLY load. It is a standard PC fan and for the price there is ZERO reason why the machine was not to shipped with a magnetic fan that is 90% more quiet.

Oh orders was delivered on time, in very good condition, they all work perfectly very happy with everything I will purchase again!

It was ok had to help they didn’t know they were going upstairs my back hurts but I give it a good review please pay them more money that’s hard work thing is very heavy 800 pounds I paid for white glove delivery but I had to help
