Ordered chair and received in timely manner. Packed well.

Awesome graphics and great setup and great machine. Has tons of games. It was new so it had a few things that needed to be figured out but once that was discussed with the tech support it is awesome. Would of liked to know originally about the playability for the arcade on the back monitor and not on the pinball monitor. Had to reorder a new machine and pay for a new custom wrap which was a little of a bummer but overall everything else is great.

Short and sweet, I received my package in perfect order and tried a few games out to check the screen, graphics and sound and was extremely satisfied with my product!, I almost got lucky with 2 extra stools but let the guys know that I had 2 too many. Still haven't revived the product after months

I was totally blown away by the craftsmanship and aesthetic look of this arcade machine that I purchased. I totally love it!!!
It brings me back to the days in the '80s when my best friend and I would hang out at the arcade.

Since you asked.

There was a communication breakdown after purchase but before fulfillment. Which was due a understandable situation, and I was told that the arcade would be brought inside my house when delivered. Not set up, only brought inside. Which was important since I wasn’t sure I could be there, mostly due to the short notice of the delivery date.
On the delivery date the driver called said should be there 8:30-10:30. At 10:45 called to say 11:30. Around 12:30 they arrived. Unloaded the arcade and asked to sign saying I received my order (even though I couldn’t even see what was in the box). I explained I was told it would be brought inside they were adamant they don’t bring it inside. They did explain I just needed to cut the base the box and lift it off. But since they placed it partial under the roof overhang that didn’t work and was very irritating.
After I just cut the side facing the door off, It was okay.
Maybe I missed it but I never saw that i need to connect the guns. Not difficult but instructions would have been appreciated.
Both the gun holsters I received are for the right side.
And
Adding an Allen wrench for the stools, wouldn’t be a bad thing.

All that said the arcade is great.

The purchase experience has been excellent. Not only the arcade machine is awsome, but the service has been fantastic. I had guests coming over for a set date and really wanted to have the game ready. When I contacted Creative Arcade to inquire about the delivery by such date, they did not have my specific machine, thus they decided to upgrade my machine in order to accommodate my requested time. The machine came in time, and we were able to enjoy a perfect night of retro arcade games.

For me, Sunbeam made all the difference. The machine although used came with some issues as the control panel didn't close and the wrong list of games came with it. I worked with Sunbeam to get everything corrected. He answered all my requests and made me feel comfortable with my purchase

The virtual pinball machine works like a dream! Incredible build. The racing machine is high quality outside of the Logitech gear shifter not staying in place. The Terminator machine with guns is great looking but the guns are not accurate. 5 star machines for sure

Creative Arcades made the whole process from buying to setup very easy and worry free. The free delivery went great with no issues. They really packed the machine well. The arcade itself is beautiful and truly has all the greatest classic games I could want. Support was called on minor issues and they made sure everything was good before letting me go. I can't say enough about the overall experience from Creative Arcades, they were really great and the whole family really loves the machine.
