Every aspect of my purchase from creative arcades was amazing. From the outstanding custom graphic design to the prompt customer service, I was completely satisfied. I received the game much faster than expected and it was very easy to set up. I have already spent countless hours reliving my childhood and introducing my grown children to the games I grew up playing. I highly recommend creative arcades for your home gaming needs.

Love the arcade. Our new wood floors were scratched badly during the white glove delivery. This was reported to Creative Arcades who initially said they would send out an inspector to verify. They requested several photos and a video which were all provided in a timely manner. They then requested we pick up the arcade and place it in the grooves that it made on our stairs. If we could lift the arcade ourselves we would not have paid 600 dollars for white glove delivery. So far we have received radio silence from the company.

The build quality of the machine is exceptional. The joysticks, trackball, and buttons are all top grade. The cabinet is solid with protective glass in front of the screen.

Creative Arcades also did a great job with our custom artwork.

My only complaint is with the games themselves. On many of them, the screen resolution is set to "fill" which make vertical shooters unnaturally wide. Also, several games that should use the trackball do not, and it's not properly calibrated for many golf games.

In short, it was worth the money but a few software tweaks would make it better.

Amazing packaging, delayed delivery. Poor instructions for machine usage. Quality games, complete games. Love the adjustable volume and coin usage option.

We bought the stand-up arcade and the virtual pinball machine. Both machines are rock solid. We had them made up with our company logo and the graphics look great. We placed them in our client lounge and everyone raves about them. We highly recommend Creative Arcade.

Purchased the 3 sided cocktail table with 4500 games directly from Creative Arcades.

Pre sale support directly from the owner was impressive and convinced me to take the plunge.

Shipping and delivery was top notch. Delivered when promised and packaged very well. The cabinet itself seems very sturdy and well put together. Gaming hardware (Joystick, buttons, trackball etc.) seems to be of good quality.

Computer hardware is a weak link here and appears to be many years old and under powered.

The software is where things really fail miserably as it appears extremely outdated, hacked together and is very difficult to navigate. Working games seem to be very hit or miss. Major titles like Golden Axe or Donkey Kong do not work out of the box.

Post sale support is a real issue and trust me, you are going to eventually need it based on the current state of the software. At first, calls were returned and solutions promised. Sadly they were never actually acted on. Follow up calls initiated by myself were very frustrating as support never had any record or knowledge o]as to why I was calling requiring me to go back to square one. After a few additional calls, they just stopped returning calls all together. On my final call to the company, speaking directly to the owner, he could not have been less interested in hearing my concerns, becoming somewhat irate and rushed me off the call.

As mentioned in other reviews here, a save game/high score upgrade was also promised as a free update that, 2 years later, has never materialized.

As I write this review, all of my initial software issues from almost 2 years ago still haven’t been addressed.

The customer service was phenomenal. With the supply chain issues, it took a little longer than anticipated but the delay and numerous updates were communicated to me by staff members.

There was a bit of a hiccup when it came to delivery. The delivery was set for the day AFTER Memorial Day weekend. When I voiced my frustration with the timing, the owner went out of his way to find a couple employees willing to work on their holiday weekend. My machine was delivered and set up by a couple amazing young men, on Memorial Day weekend!!

Not many companies will offer more than “thanks for your patience”, or “we apologize” as solutions to their shortcomings. Creative Arcades is a company who finds real solutions, and provides top-notch products.

All my customers LOVE the virtual pinball. Old people are like “that’s cool” and when young folks find out it also has video games they get excited.

This was the perfect addition to my public game room!!

I have never dealt with a company that goes over and above ordinary steps to please their customers. Every employee of this company, especially Sally, was polite, informative, and determined to ensure customer satisfaction.

Virtual Pinball is our favorite game table now

Machine was shipped quickly and I was arranging for the delivery after a few days. Quality of the machine shipped was excellent and I feel like I got the best arcade machine for the money. The ability to add games to a favorites list is helpful since there are a lot of different versions of games and you can try them all and put the best in the favorites list.

Creative had some supply chain issues that caused a hiccup in the intended delivery. Unfortunate, but not their fault. Communication could have been better throughout the delay cycle, but in the end the company made things right, took care of me and demonstrated a service level that makes me very comfortable, confirming that I made the right choice. In today's climate of supply chain and other disruptors, that's what makes the difference and aside from the minor communication blips, I'd certainly by from them again.

Overall, I had a pretty disappointing experience with Creative Arcades. I will say that the gentlemen who delivered the machine with the white glove delivery were very communicative on when they were delivering the machine. They were also very helpful when answering questions about the machine while they were here. I did find a couple of the customer service reps very helpful over email. My first complaint has to do with the games. I got the highest number available (6200) which sounds like a lot but there are several duplicates, like Japenese versions. Why would I want Japanese versions? I also thought some of the games would be newer, like the Golden Tee games. But there were all 80s and 90s. When I asked about newer versions, I got the answer that I should have gone with the 4500 game card which had more versions of Golden Tee. Why would the 4500 have games that the 6200 wouldn't? Even then, the 4500 were all still older versions. When I enquired about returning the machine, my questions were ignored. And when I followed up, they would not answer ALL the questions. Almost like they were delaying answering my questions so that we would go over the 30 day return period. And when I asked about returning the machine BEFORE I bought it, I was told that I would be responsible for the return shipping costs. But AFTER I bought it, I was informed that I was responsible for the shipping AND a 20% restocking fee. It made it so that was going to be out $2000 by returning it. At the end, we decided to simply keep it which is how creative arcade wants it. So yeah, I feel deceived and disappointed.

The unit arrived without the game card but after contacting them, the issue was resolved expeditiously with courtesy. Things happen. It's how you deal with them that matters and you did a great job handling our issue and walking us through the installation.
