It is not very accurate of debts to payments made on time. However score goes down even if you increase balances while paying down to zerp.

I have been using Credit.com since approximately 2013 to track my credit score. The additional scoring that is available is helpful also.

Awesome company and great customer services.

Tried and tried multiple times to sign in. Reset my password and it takes me to site and shows me logged in. whatever I select it brings up the reset password. So I log out and then it will not let me sign in again. This site is lousy!

Still collections showing that were paid off several months ago and do not show anymore with TransUnion or Exquifax. I believe they continue to show on credit.com so you call Lexington Law so they can bill you.

I thought credit.com was easy to access and to use, unlike many of the other cred[t reporting sites.

I have had several problems to say the least. A previous client gave me a great review which included the listing of my last name... I called Care.com and asked if it could be removed and the response was only the person that wrote it,can remove it. Considering they usually go by first names only this didn't seem right. I pay them for their service and since I wasn't asking to change the review itself somehow this didn't seem right. Unfair to the person paying the BILL. Second issue... Bank made me change my credit card number which also happened to be the one on file for automatic renewal with Care.com. Therefore, months went by and we had no service from them at all. Why didn't they email or call to let us know so we could have given them a new number. No effort was made at all. Then when I finally realized the problem, I called right away. While trying to explain I was hung up on and had to call back. Even to this very day I have to print out a listing from time to time because since this very problem, referrals don't always come thru to my email as they should on regular basis. Last, I constantly get referrals for babies when we are only licensed for ages3 to 6. How and why can that be? I even had a lady tell me once that she was told that you had to inquire about us too, that the system gave her no options... Yes, I would say Care.com is going down fast. I DO UNDERSTAND why people are turning else ware, DONT YOU?
