They made a wrong a right
I recently ordered online 2 of the bath tub filters and they are great.
Somehow there was a mix up regarding shipping, but once pointed out the mix up they fixed it right then. I appreciate that and plan to order replacement filters when needed from them.

I have been using the shower filters for about 4 years. Recently I purchased the shower head and hand held shower with shower filter included and it's been an absolute hit. I love how the shower filters super clean the water. The shower system is very nice too. I can hardly wait until I get my very own.

Your order was placed Friday evening before Labor Day and was fulfilled on Tuesday, September 8, the first business day after the holiday weekend. USPS accepted the package the same day, and its tracking subsequently reported a delay in transit.

Excellent after-sales service. They respond quickly, provide great support, and really know their products inside and out. Shipping is fast, and the products are well-made and easy to install.
