My experience of Cyburthur gets worse and worse. Do not use this store.

I ordered some chairs that were not delivered. After multiple emails without reply and a review on trustpilot I finally received a message that I was going to get a refund. I have not received it. And again I am not receiving any replies to my messages asking for information on when the refund was initiated so that I can follow up with my bank.

If you buy from Cyburthur you will receive neither your goods nor your money back. Terrible.

I never received the desk I ordered. Scammers.

Not so good w/ communication, but got the parts I ordered

I wrote a review few weeks back because there were zero updates on a delivery I was waiting on and they responded telling me to reach out and the problem will be addressed. It has been more than a week since the email has been sent and still no response. Note that the initial order was made at beginning if November and zero updates have been made regarding the order. “I’ll be waiting for you” he said. What BS. Stay away from them.

In the end I received my order, but the reason for a low score is as follows:
1. There was no communication about the order after initial confirmation. No shipping notice was sent.
2. When I reached out to customer service, no one got back to me. Never did and it's weeks later.
3. Item arrived and was very nice and good quality, good price, but the desk I ordered had a plain white top shown in all pics. The desk I was sent had a modern back and white marble effect top which did not go with my decor. I immediately sold it as I did not want to attempt a return with the non-responsive customer service dept.

These guys are SCAMMERS no doubt … I ordered a $6500 nzd TV unit 6 months ago and in no way we can reach them now. Just hoping I have recourse through American Express… buyers please beware!!!

Don't buy from this website. You will never see your money or your order. This is definitely a scam. You can never contact them, if you do get a response will be an email you will respond to deaf ears. Don't waste your money or your time.

Ordered a bookshelf on 12th November, absolutely no news from these guys! No response to email.

Total scammers. I paid for a table and it never arrived and the refunds never arrived, either. Hi, Abdullrahim who is the complaint sorry agent who will be sorry with the name James sometimes in different responds.

Ordered from this store more than a month ago and until now no item has arrived. The order is still on the confirmed stage until now. I think this store is a scam, Doesn’t reply on email when asking the status of your order. Do not order from this store or you’ll regret it.

Update:I have send another email to support still no reply. I should have known better. They reply to this post or review but it’s insincere they don’t answer your email to support or don’t even bother to make up for their mistake. I hope authorities take this reviews and close this company before more people get duped by this horrible people.

Cyberthur is a scam operation through and through.
Soon after placing my order I received several emails asking for patience regarding the delivery date as the company was under pressure due to COVID. I gave them 3 months before finding out that my order had been cancelled and no refund supplied!

Obviously, Cyberthur have not responded to my emails as they know they are thieves. Legal action pending. My legal fees will be more than the money I have lost. But it will be worth it. These people need to be held accountable.

I placed an order on November 16. It's been almost 30 days with no tracking information update.

I'm still hopeful that it will arrive but nobody responds to any of the emails I send through. There's no active phone line either.

It shows that they're busy and typically reply but that doesn't happy.

Please let me know what I have to do to get your attention.

My order number is 2624. I will definitely change my rating if I get updated on my order.

I have sent several emails and calls. No response. I left a review. Someone replied to my review and then vanish like my order. I wish karma can turn to these fraud companies.

Nil further communication.
I lost my money and trust to online ordering. I have informed my family and friend to never order from them.

As I live in South Africa, my order took longer than expected 1.5 months. I was regularly updated on its whereabouts, it arrived intact and also on time within the timeframe of delivery company.

Ordered a chair and never received it. No replies from the support after 2 months.

edit : Why are you telling me to contact the support ? As I already mentioned, the support is not replying. I sent plenty of emails and I also had costly international phone calls with no response. Even the tracking information from UPS says that a "label" has been created but that no package is on the way. You are only lying.

As others have noted,a disgusting experience where support do not respond unless threatened and then they respond with lies and broken promises.Legal action the only way forward.
Do not respond to this review by asking me to contact support .Have tried that with no success.
Will be dealing with credit card companies to block using this site
