Their reimbursement promises are fake!

Their reimbursement promises are fake. Please don’t trust their comments “trying to reimburse but facing issues to reimburse because of banks etc”. Those are lies. This is a scam company that has NEVER tried to reimburse anything and that authorities are investigating. Please don’t get trapped !
PS: regarding your last fake answer: how can you need my bank details if you did already reimbursement attempts? This is a SCAM in order to get your bank details, don’t get trapped! You have received hundreds of mail you never replied, you sent fake reimbursements, you steal money to people and never deliver. We re hundreds of victim clients so don’t try to pretend we’re behaving. You’re doing it on purpose and this fake website will hopefully be closed soon to stop stealing money to people.

Hace unos meses compramos unos sitiales…

Hace unos meses compramos unos sitiales y nos llegó al correo la suspensión de la entrega, hemos escrito infinidades de correos y ni siquiera responden.
El número de orden es 1256 de entrega era el 22 de Agosto y nos suspendieron la entrega el 10 de OCtubre.
Considero que esto no tiene otro nombre más que estafa.

Beware took money twice from my account!

Beware, I was ripped off $420 for items I purchased but did not get shipped. I was told I would be refunded but still have not nearly 3 months later! Today they also used my details and took another $430 out of my account for no reason, cancel your card if you gave them any details. Not impressed!

Many months with no product, no refund & no communication

After months from date of ordering we got an email to say that it was about to be dispatched as the were system issues. Ask a month later for an ETA, no response. Asked again if it had been sent, they said no. I asked for a refund, they said no problem, 5-10 working days. Months later, no refund and no one will respond to my emails asking for confirmation of refund.
I was so looking forward to the drawing desk for my daughter.
Worst online ordering experience I’ve had.
I’m genuinely not sure if this is a scam website…
Have been told that our refund was processed mid October but have not received it. They have not been able to provide proof that the refund has been done, they just keep saying that it has been done.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience, ordered online and didn't receive anything for months and then it was the completely wrong package. Reached out so many times for a refund or to figure out where the thing I actually purchased even was, just an awful experience

Never shipped purchase, won't refund

I bought a lamp in September but they never shipped it, and made dozens of excuses why it never got sent. They won't respond to my emails and haven't given me a refund. This company is a scam and is conducting fraudulent behaviour. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I bought a clock beginning of September, delivery time 20-30 days to Australia.
After 7 weeks and 5 emails the promised a refund, today is the 12th of November, I never received any money back. They stopped responding. Don’t buy from this shop!

I ordered a desk from them online about…

I ordered a desk from them online about 2 months ago. And I have yet to receive it.

They sent out an apology email a month after my order stating that they have had problems recently due to various reasons which I will not bother listing. But that was a month ago at this point...

One week ago I emailed their support email and I still have yet to hear from them about that. What's funny is that they had an automatic response saying to expect a reply within 1 business day.

It certainly does seem like this business is trying based on the few update emails i've received (they look like mass push emails to all their customers affected). And while I can understand that.. this is just plain ridiculous. As a customer it makes me worry that this is just some elaborate scam.

If you are thinking about purchasing from Cyburthur, I sincerely urge you not to, to save your money and some peace of mind. I have asked them to cancel my order - so let's hope that at least gets processed.

Avoid - loads of fake reviews.

Just to add to my previous and to ratify some of the comments on here - yeah this is a scam. Do not order from them - its clear they are bolstering their Trustpilot rating with fake 1 sentence reviews. They will not answer calls, emails or any communication. Now I have to try and get my money back which promises to be fun.

Do not and I repeat DO NOT buy ANYTHING from this website! It's fake and it's a scam! I made my order 2 months ago and nothing! Every time I send them an email it says they will get back to me but they never do!
I have been emailing them for weeks now trying get their attention but nothing. Just save yourself the headache and pay a little extra with Amazon. At least they get back to you and your order DOES SHOW UP!

Lies and deception

Ordered an item, then they emailed me and said it would be shipped in a few days and If I wanted a refund. I said just ship it if it will only be a few days. No shipment info was sent. Now they are ghosting me and it has been 2 months since I ordered my item. No response, no money back, just ghosting. The phone line is an answering machine only, you will never talk to a human. No email back and I have sent many. It's all lies! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I'm sorry that you feel ghosted. However, we would never purposefully ignore clients. We are working on getting your refund back. Most cards declined the automatic refund option and so we are working with our payment processor to resolve that. Refunding everyone manually would stop all other services.

Scam, Stay Away!!

I see I'm not the only one to fall for the scam!

As the others stated, I ordered, I paid (paid extra for expedited shipping). The item never came and no response with any answers or refund. Been trying to get a hold of them for the past month.

Save yourself the frustration and stay away!

They ignore emails

They ignore emails, calls and refund requests. It's been two weeks now that I requested a refund due to the shipping delay, no one answered, and I am losing 700 dollars that easy.
Avoid buying from them! Keep your money safe!
