I ordered a headset on the 13th…

I ordered a headset on the 13th September, and it is currently the 1st October at the time of writing this review, and after many correspondence emails and messages through Twitter trying to get a hold of someone to figure out just when my order would finally be "processed" it received the same cut and paste response three times, from James and Abdul. I was finally told through Twitter that my ordered would be shipping out of the warehouse on the 29th, and I would be receiving a FedEx parcel code for it then, which I still have not received to this day

Please do note, that your Order for the PlayStation Gaming Cards was flagged as suspicious by our Order processing system. To help protect customers like yourself from online fraud and protect ourselves from Chargebacks, we will automatically cancel and put any high risk orders on hold.

An email requesting for more verification info about your payment details will be sent to you. If no information is received within 24 hours, the full payment will be refunded back to the original card.

Again, we take online fraud very seriously and to help create a safer shopping environment for all, we take preemptive steps including the above.

Anyway, concerning your order, the full payment was refunded on September 22nd. Refunds may take 3 - 5 business days to reflect back into your card.

You can contact your bank with the Acquirer Reference Number (ARN): 82305091266000007927583 to trace back your refund. You will need to have your billing address and more info as may be requested by your bank close by.

Please do accept my apologies for your inconvenience. As a tip, buying bulk digital codes will always seem fraudulent and be deemed high risk. I would recommend buying them in separate individual orders.

Order not dispatched even after a week of ETA

Dear Cyburthur,

I had ordered a chair from you on 21st August, and I was given the expected delivery to be 20 September. I got no mail giving any tracking details or even a confirmation that it had shipped. Okay, I understand, maybe something happened. Maybe, they should have informed me. No one did. I understand, maybe due to less staff in Covid. I sent a mail to support on September 19 about how I didn't receive any details yet and they replied that it was delayed. Okay, I understand. I asked if I could cancel the order as I really need a chair and I would prefer buying one at a higher price in a local shop now rather than waiting another month. You said no, I understand, maybe you already paid the seller and can't cancel. I asked for a new timeline. They said I could expect dispatch and tracking details by Friday (24th September). I am writing this review on Sunday, 26th September, a week past my original ETA, 2 days past my "postponed" dispatched date, still no dispatch mail, still no tracking details, sitting here with payment done in full, without having any chair a month and a week later.

Abdul here from Cyburthur Stores. Firstly, I would to extend my sincere apologies for the extremely delayed order.

Your Gaming chair package was unfortunately delayed to reach out dispatch center. We process international orders for export and this takes a few days to a week. We will normally send out a proactive email indicating this stage to keep you in the loop. To top matters, we had a slight technical and system error that halted our order processing for two weeks. We posted this on our Statuspage here - https://status.cyburthur.com

However this error has since been resolved, as we mentioned in the email that was sent to all Customers whose order had not yet shipped as of Thursday.

Concerning your order, the warehouse team has not provided any ETA yet, but I will follow up to your tickets that you may have submitted. We are still having a ticket backlog and actively working against it.

Again, I am sincerely sorry for the delayed order. You will notice with other reviews, we strive to offer exceptional customer care and service, but we may sometimes fall short of our standards.

Thank you so much for the honest review. I understand the beads that arrived were smaller? Let's fix that for you, you'll get replacement bigger sized beads on Wednesday.

They are 10mm in size, the one you got were 8mm so I believe they should fit.

Not bad BUT...

I bought this painting for my Mexican mother-in-law. I am painting it as a gift for her. I love how it is more of an easier level paint by number. There are many large areas to cover and the areas that are small are not tiny. However, I couldn't give this kit 5 stars for 2 large reasons. For one, the numbers and outlines should be a light gray, not black color. Because of this, you are forced to repaint every number at least twice. Also, the quality of the paint could be better. It easily streaks, again, requiring multiple coats of paint for each and every number. If these 2 issues could be fixed, I would purchase all my future PBN kits from Cyburthur!

Took the time to add that personal touch to customer service.

Unfortunately the item I wanted was no longer in stock, so I havent actually received anything from this site and cant speak about the quality of items (Which is the only reason I am giving this 4 stars instead of 5). However, the customer service I got from AbdulRaheem was amazing. He was very helpful and responsive when I was getting worried with no updates to my order status. Went above and beyond to talk to both the item seller and their billing department to make sure all possible options were met before realizing that the item I wanted had been discontinued. Easily got my refund and a giftcard to their site despite the fact that the problem was at no fault of their own. Knowing there is someone who takes the time to make sure I am genuinely getting the service and product I want will definitely have me coming back to this site if/when I need something in the future.
