es tut uns leid, dass es bei Ihrer Bestellung zu Problemen gekommen ist.

Leider wurde bei der Bestellung eine falsche Lieferadresse eingegeben, wodurch das Paket nicht zugestellt werden konnte. Nachdem Sie uns darüber informiert haben, haben wir sofort versucht zu helfen und den Versandstatus geprüft.

Wenn ein Paket aufgrund einer falschen Adresse nicht zugestellt werden kann, wird es normalerweise zuerst im Versandnetzwerk verarbeitet und anschließend an den Absender zurückgeleitet. Dieser Vorgang kann einige Zeit dauern, da er vollständig vom Versanddienstleister abhängig ist.

Sobald das Paket wieder bei uns eintrifft, können wir selbstverständlich eine erneute Zustellung an die korrekte Adresse veranlassen.

Wir verstehen, dass dies frustrierend sein kann, jedoch liegt die Ursache der Situation leider nicht in unserem Kundenservice.

Regarding the links — this particular leather bike chain bracelet model is designed with fixed links, and this is clearly indicated on the product page. The listing also includes a size guide and measurement instructions to help customers choose the correct size before ordering.

We always try our best to support customers and resolve issues where possible, which is why we arranged the replacement for you, with an alternative bracelet option.

Cycolinks is a small rider-run business, and we genuinely appreciate customer feedback as it helps us improve.

At the time the review was posted, the parcel was still in transit through the USPS network, which we confirmed with you by email while helping track the shipment.

According to the tracking, the BMX necklace has now been successfully delivered.

We completely understand your frustration with the initial delay, and you’re absolutely right — we should always aim to communicate those kinds of delays more clearly from the start. Sometimes we run out of link colors and have to produce large quantities, so occasionally it can take time.

es tut uns leid zu hören, dass das Armband nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat.

Nachdem Sie uns wegen Ihrer Bestellung #20326 kontaktiert haben, haben wir Ihnen umgehend geantwortet und Ihnen selbstverständlich die Möglichkeit angeboten, das Armband zurückzusenden und eine Rückerstattung oder einen Umtausch zu erhalten. Die Rücksendeadresse haben wir Ihnen direkt mitgeteilt.

Der Grund für diese Bewertung scheint hauptsächlich darin zu liegen, dass die Rücksendekosten aus Österreich relativ hoch sind. Leider liegen internationale Rücksendekosten außerhalb unserer Kontrolle. Als kleines, von Fahrradfahrern geführtes Unternehmen ist es für uns wirtschaftlich nicht möglich, Rücksendungen aus dem Ausland generell zu übernehmen, wenn ein Artikel nicht gefällt.

Außerdem wird auf der Produktseite dieses Modells klar darauf hingewiesen, dass es sich um ein Leather Bike Chain Bracelet mit festen Gliedern handelt, bei dem sich die Glieder nicht bewegen wie bei einer echten Fahrradkette. Diese Information ist bewusst in der Beschreibung angegeben, damit Kunden genau wissen, welches Design sie bestellen.

Wir haben dennoch versucht, eine Lösung anzubieten und beim Umtausch zu helfen. Daher finden wir diese Bewertung etwas schade.

Bei Ihrer Bestellung kam es zu einer Verzögerung, da einige der Rainbow-Kettenglieder zunächst nachproduziert werden mussten, bevor wir die Armbänder fertigstellen konnten. Darüber haben wir Sie bereits per E-Mail informiert.

Als die erste Trustpilot-Bewertung von Ihnen veröffentlicht wurde, enthielt diese keine Bestellnummer oder Bestelldetails. Dadurch kam es leider zu einer Verwechslung, und wir haben zunächst auf Basis einer anderen Bestellung geantwortet. Diese Verwechslung wurde anschließend korrigiert.

Ihre Bestellung ist inzwischen auf dem Weg zu Ihnen, und wir werden Ihnen die Versandinformationen auch noch einmal separat per E-Mail senden.

Während des gesamten Prozesses haben wir versucht zu helfen: Wir haben Sie über die Verzögerung informiert, Ihnen einen Rabatt angeboten und Ihnen auch die Möglichkeit gegeben, die Bestellung vor dem Versand zu stornieren.

We’re sorry that you feel this way, however we would like to clarify the situation for readers.

Your order was delayed because the rainbow chain links needed to be restocked before production could be completed. We informed you about this delay by email shortly after the order was placed.

Once the links arrived, your bracelets were packed and shipped on March 4th, and the parcel is currently in transit through the courier network.

Regarding the Trustpilot reply you mentioned earlier — this happened because your review was posted without an order number or identifiable details, which unfortunately led to it being matched with the wrong order initially. As soon as we received your order details, we corrected the situation and provided the correct tracking information.

Despite the delay, the order was produced and shipped, and the parcel is still on the way to you.

As explained in our emails, if you no longer wish to keep the bracelets, you are welcome to return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

We are a small rider-run business and always try to resolve issues directly with customers where possible.
