Great customer service.
I ordered 3 products from Cycolinks, had an issue with a pair of earrings (received only 1 earring) and a ring with poor quality, the customer service quickly sent another earring and a replacement ring without any question. I recommend the site !

This was the first time I ordered from Cycolinks.com. The webshop was easy to use, ordering was smooth and the delivery too. Took some time to receive the package, but it arrived safe and sound. So it may worth ordering with time ahead if it is a gift.

I was so happy with the order. The jewel is amazing. It was a gift for a professional cycling friend who immediately put it on and extended his wrist for me to admire.

Mountain bike jewelry
I purchased earrings, a bracelet and a necklace for my granddaughter. This is her second year racing mountain bikes. Everything arrived and was very good quality and beautiful. When I gave her the items, the bracelet was a bit tight and I saw that extenders were offered on the website, so I purchased three them. I also wrote a comment on the website asking if that would work out for her. They replied back and said that it would, but if I wanted to return it, they would send me back a different size. Very good customer service and again, products are awesome!! The extender worked just fine and only had to use one! Thank you!

Stealth Bracelet…
After ordering the wrong size men’s Stealth, black, bicycle chain bracelet, I found Cycolinks customer service staff to be very responsive by email, indeed, and very helpful with information and options. I then ordered an extension clasp, and even an additional chain bracelet, which both were delivered to me very swiftly. Love the Stealth Bracelets. Have even ordered a third bracelet now.
