Needed larger size
Ordered two of the rustic color bracelets, although they did fit they were still just a little tight, so I got in touch with customer service and Deb was very helpful in giving me a couple of options. The bracelet is very comfortable to wear and looks great.

I bought the steel version of the bicycle chain bracelet, and it arrived with broken pins. Cycolinks was so responsive and supportive it was really unbelievable. They made me MORE than whole within a day. The bracelet is perfect, really nice finish, great motion, weight, color etc...just perfect. I will wait to see if the link pins can withstand rough and tumble because that's how it going to get worn...but I was already prepared to fix it as it was definately a keeper but Cycolinks fixed it for me. Thanks.

This team is absolutely amazing! I measured my wrist incorrectly and when I emailed them for advice, they gave me three amazing solutions to choose from. Not only were they helpful, but really fast to respond and even faster getting the solution sorted. There customer service is second to none! Being from Canada and this being an American company, I tend to be hesitant to order in case the product needs an exchange. Cycolinks made me feel like I could order from them 100 times and I would be taken care of every time.
Keep up the amazing work team, there will be a lot of riders that appreciate it!
