Waited weeks for a cheap bike chain and a cheap clasp made in a braclett. Soon as it went on it feel apart. They fixed it and it did it again. Daughter saved her spends to buy it for her bf for valentines (they're 16) wasted 30 odd quid on something he cant wear but won't give it up as his gf bought it and he'd rather keep it in a box than want weeks for a replacement to do same. I'd have made it myself if I knew hiw shocking it would be.

You did not send me a bracelet with individual engraving, instead you sent me two identical bracelets, one of which I ordered, and the second, apparently, instead of the one that should have been engraved

I have three brackets (2 gifts and one purchased). One came apart at the magnetic connector. I used super glue to fix it. Other than that, the quality has been good.

I also think the price is a little steep. The materials aren't that expensive.

I will not hesitate to sing the praises of Cyclolinks, this is an excellent company, providing superb high quality products, but most of all they provide fantastic service, Deborah in the Customer Service Department helped me with a small problem with my order, she could not do enough for me, and my problem was sorted very quickly, I will most definately be ordering from this company again.

I bought a Cycolinks road bicycle bracelet and ordering process was simple and fast and they offered a discount on first order. It took about 5 days to get the necklace but when it arrived it was packaged nicely and came with a nice gift box.

The necklace itself as very good quality gold plated and nice length chain.

Would recommend for ideas for cyclist gifts ✅

Really like the bike chain bracelet, my partner gave me one at xmas i loved it, sadly the clasp opened and then it was lost.
She purchased another because she knew how much i liked it and sadly its clasp also opened and it was lost.🤬
