Totally unreliable and uncommunicative says it has done things that it has not. I have brought and sold numerous properties and have never had such poor service from any other solicitor I would suggest this one is to be avoided if you need a good job in a reasonable time

Hilary Cruz dealt with our sale and purchase very professionally and did an excellent job. We were warned by our estate agent that conveyancing companies were struggling with extra cases and fewer staff and to not expect a reply to an email for 3 days, this was not the case at all with Hilary - she often responded in less than an hour and always on the same day and was the same returning our calls. We know that she was often working very long days. We felt that she look at everything in detail and that she had our best interests at heart throughout. She was very pleasant to chat to as well and took a lot of the stress out of the situation. We would recommend her and DWS to anyone.

I recently used the services of DWS Legal, specifically Dilan Ajmeria, Chaz Thandi and Samantha Kavanaugh, as I sold my UK property. Living in the US made the process challenging due to the time difference and location. However, I enjoyed a thoroughly professional experience and would recommend DWS to anyone in a similar situation.

Can't recommend DWS highly enough. Dealt with a tricky eviction and sale with the utmost professionalism. At several points during the case, I wasn't sure how things would progress but DWS were there to reassure and guide me through the process. Awful!
Had the awful experience of being caught up in a chain with this Solicitors. Caused us no end of stress because things were purposely held up and delayed. The solicitor dealing with the sale, Pritesh Patel, would never answer phone calls or emails from our solicitor or Estate Agent it seemed that he wanted to control the whole chain - which he did! It was suggested by him that we all exchange and complete on one day which we did not want to do but ended up doing anyway because he would not agree to any other day and dithered so much that we had no option but to go ahead. We had to move out of our house within 3 days and had to move into temporary accommodation. It ended up costing us so much money - money for accommodation, storage, moving x2, accommodation costs for pets plus the cost of having to dispose of food at the last moment because we could not take it with us and did not have time to give it away. No apology and no thank you. House selling and buying is stressful at the best of times but this was way above the norm - and mostly caused by this company and this horrible man. Please if you value your sanity don't use this solicitors - if you are caught up in a chain with them then I feel sorry for you and hope you don't have the experience we had.

We have in the past used DWS to make our wills, so when we decided to move house we used them again. Our luck began when we were assigned to Luke Shipley who throughout a long and difficult process was totally professional displayed empathy and understanding always replied promptly to emails and any telephone enquiries. Most importantly he always gave sound and correct advice to protect us and our needs at every stage. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

We recently moved and the solicitor at the bottom of the chain was DWS ,Martyna Gawel, There was zero communication and it seemed like the whole process was deliberately held up so she had more control emails sent no replies would not take phone calls . The chain nearly collapsed twice due to lack of communication, Other solicitors involved in this chain expressed there concern over her conduct and may take further action.
Moving house is stressful at the best of times but throw this company in the mix and it becomes a nightmare, I won't advise people not to use this company but be aware before instructing this solicitor.

Two solicitors at this firm did the paperwork for a recent sale and purchase. While they were thorough, their communication was inconsistent and their lack of initiative delayed our moving date. One of their office managers was, at the very end, quite rude to me, and a case manager had promised to supervise the sale process after I complain. They also overlooked some contacts that would have helped them get the correct paperwork sooner and gave me incorrect timelines, which through my and the agent's research, revealed to be incorrect. I would not work with them again. Due to their poor communication and performance, the process was, I believe, longer, more difficult, more stressful and more confusing than it needed to be. Their service was far worse, in my opinion, than that of a previous law firm I have used.

Dilan Ajmeria and Chaz Thandi who were working on my application file where they had kept good communication every time and provide all information straight away via email . Thanks lots both of you and its very appreciated to work with you .
