Daniel has the best toy department
Daniel has always had the best toy department today was no exception. Cherry on the top was the brilliant expert help I got today from Calvin C. Calvin helped me navigate the department to find the best birthday presents for my 6 year old Grandson.

I won't buy anything expensive from Daniels again after realising their returns policy is only 14 days! I know this is legal, but it's not exactly great customer service having to rush back within 2 weeks to take something back.

As a family-run independent department store, our returns policy means a lot to us. We strive to make all customers aware at the point of purchase our return window so they can make an informed decision whether to proceed with their purchase or not.
We are aware that some other storefronts have an extended warranty for their goods. Due to the nature of our store and the constant changeover of new products in-store, we unfortunately cannot offer extended return windows unless there are special extenuating circumstances. We understand and appreciate that this might not work for all customers, and we do offer our apologies for this.
We are always looking for ways to improve our customer experience, and your feedback has been valuable in helping us find ways to evolve our customer service.

The company failed to complete the…
The company failed to complete the order. I had an email two days later saying the item I purchased was no longer available and that they’d cancelled the order. There’s obviously an issue with their stock control and website if it allowed me to purchase the item in the first place. I wasn’t going to hold it against them, but they’ve emailed me three times asking for feedback, so here you go…

Ordered Brooke’s hoodie but they returned payment saying no stock left however they have still got the item as for sale 2 months later.Obviously getting customers to log on when in fact they haven’t got them at all.

We can see there was an error in our unit stock system that displayed this product's stock level incorrectly, leading to this confusing situation. Once again, we deeply apologise for this. We have been in the processes of refreshing our system to try preventing an error like this occurring again.
We would like to assure you we do not incentivise customers to create an account with us under false pretences. The creation of an account speeds up the checkout process, you can view your order history, and you have the opportunity to sign up to our newsletters notifying customers of new products and upcoming events in-store and online. Customers have the option to opt for the Guest Checkout if they do not wish to sign up for an account.
Your experience and feedback is valuable to us, and we deeply regret being unable to fulfil your order. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience of this situation.
