Good communication and fast shipping.

I didn’t receive my full order. Contacted the company various times in a span of like 4 months. No one helped me. I would get one response and then nothing! So I never got a refund for my missing item, never got the item, never got a response. 3 of the items ordered, were different than what was advertised. One the sizing was off, asked about a return or swap. Never got a response. I was willing to overlook all that, just to get my missing item as it was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Still they never got back to me. Very disappointed and it was my first purchase with them. Don’t count on me ordering again nevertheless recommending this store.

I’ve bought Skzoo’s and Aniteez’s without any issues or problems. All items have been perfect and delivered here in the UK within a decent time. Just ordered my Xdinary Heroes plushies. Can’t wait! Ive recommended this site to friends all ready ☺️
