Great Crybaby

Great Crybaby, though I wish there was a tracking update sooner. Customer service was responsive.

Disappointed

I ordered 2 miniteen plushees. Foxdungee and TamTam. When they arrived I was confused to see that they were packaged in a tiny bag. Both of them are crushed and the fluff inside them is all to one side of the plush. Foxdungee has a black mark on his face and TamTam was folded every which way at the bottom if the bag and now looks and feels like he went though a tumble dryer. Im very disappointed, and I will not be buying off Danjoo again.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I bought what looked like authentic items from their website based on the photos, but what I received didn’t match. The quality was horrible. I attempted to return the items, but no one ever responded to my request and it’s been several weeks now. Do not buy from this company.

Scam. These are the same handlers from kpopunishop. You're lucky if your fake items even manage to get delivered to you

horrible customer service

i’ve tried emailing them about 5 times now to cancel my order and i’ve had no response. their customer service is awful and they sell fake products so i don’t recommend buying from here unless you want to get messed around.

I would give 0 stars if possible

I would give 0 stars if possible. Fake goods, scam company, ignore all refund requests so had to do a formal complaint to klarna. Ignorant horrible staff lying to people and then trying to keep their money. Avoid at all costs
