Is using my photos in reviews on the website though I’ve never bought from them. Luckily someone recognised my photo and let me know. They reverse image searching the images as most have been pulled from elsewhere. I bought from the popmart website not them.

FAKE ADVERTISING, DO NOT BUY
do NOT buy. they advertise using real merch, but will send you fake, cheap merch for ridiculous prices. if you want to get a skzoo or aniteez, just go to aliexpress and you will get a MUCH better deal. 99% sure this is a new version of kpopuni (which you can look up on here and see that they are scammers) since they shut down their website around January and this new website just popped up around February. DO. NOT. BUY.

You do not get what’s in the photo on the website. Received very bad copies.
They’re not answering my email for a refund, as I didn’t get what I paid for. So disappointed!
These good reviews on here have to be fake!!

I will avoid in the future
Delivery time wasn't awful. I ordered 4 Plushies the 2 small ones were fine, good quality. But the 2 big ones were shocking. They were described as being the same size (20cm) but one was only 14 cm, it's legs were so short. The quality of them so so cheap i haven't even added them to my collection as they will not look good at all. I will not be using this company again. I did get a free keyring which was nice though.

Disappointed.
My items weren't shipped until I emailed customer services to ask what was happening 10 days after I placed my order.
Then the tracking link wouldn't work and I had to email them again.
My order has finally arrived 21 days later but an item is missing, and the plushies aren't boxed as shown on the website.
Very disappointed and I won't be ordering again.
