We take great pride in supplying roses of the highest quality. If any roses are damaged on receipt or fail to grow when our planting guidelines are followed, we will replace them free of charge.

Always top quality roses from David Austin. They might be slightly more expensive than you can get from the "big online" garden stores, but you definitely pay for the quality. I've been using David Austin for a few years now and all of the roses I've bought are incredibly strong, healthy and thriving!
They are delivered in great condition and the instructions available for planting and annual care are really useful.

David Austin roses are always gorgeous. We saw this rose in an open garden last year and just had to have it. I have quite a few DA roses and they are very special.

efficient way in which a complaint is dealt wth
I had reason to complain about a delivery of a rose for a 70th birthday that arrived 8 days earlier than the birthday. Unfortunately the recipient was away on holiday so the box was just left in the porch. David Austin very kindly arranged for a second delivery of this gift of a bush rose to be delivered on the correct date , free of charge . Resulting in a very satisfied customer .
