I ordered Lady Emma Hamilton earlier
I ordered Lady Emma Hamilton earlier. Soaked it for 24 hours and then planted it. But sadly it doesn't look healthy. Stems getting dark. Very down. Wondering if I did anything wrong? Or any chance I can get a replacement please. Thanks for reading.

At this stage, it is difficult to advise without seeing the plant. Could we kindly ask you to send us a photograph of the rose? Once received, we will be very happy to take a closer look and advise you on the next steps, including whether a replacement may be appropriate.

This is the first time i have ordered a product like this and I was not disappointed. My order arrived super quick. I was notified of progress throughout which is great as I work full time. When it arrived it was packaged with such care. The quality of the rose is exceptional. So healthy and strong. As a beginner at gardening I had clear instructions of how and where to plant it which was easy to follow. I will definitely order again.

Great website with all the advice you…
Great website with all the advice you need when buying roses... how to plant and care for them. Highly recommend buying from the source rather than from a Garden Centre. Roses come perfectly packaged and with good instructions. Have been buying these roses direct for a number of years and have never been disappointed.

Shockingly poor AND expensive service
Bare Root and Potted Roses were ordered on 25 \ 02 for my friends BIG birthday on 27 \ 02.
A supposed issue with delivery charges was rectified on 27 \02 and delivery promised for 28\02.
This did not happen.
Calls made on the subsequent days - always speaking to a new advisor and promises of next day and changes to delivery etc meant that my friend received his birthday gift a week late - with random deliveries of the 8 items spread over 3 days!
Absolutely appalling service - especially as he had requested David Austin to me.
Overall, a VERY stressful experience that I wouldn't want anyone else to suffer.
Such a shame....

Excellent website to help with choosing…
Excellent website to help with choosing the best rose for location etc. Quick delivery although the card board packaging for the potted rose was damaged and one small stem was broken. The gift card was also damaged. Once I got the rose out of the box it was looking good after some water. The roses bought previously have been lovely, I’m sure they will be beautiful this summer.

Gorgeous roses, I am happy with each of my orders. I have done the survey early on today, and I have written down the suggestion.
I would like to add one more, it would be helpful if you could write down the planting distance in the handbook for each shrub, climbing roses and rambling roses when planting as a border and a private fence :)

Lovely rose for my daughter's birthday.
