Incomplete product

I have ordered these hinges from another vendor and they came with the required plastic bolts to assemble the toilet seat. The website didn't specify so I assumed they were included. They weren't. Shipping was already expensive and so I would have had to order a second delivery on this super light product which was annoying. It would help if the site recommended what was required. Disappointing.

Blanco sink grid

I was fortunate enough to locate what I was looking for on this website. I had been looking for the grid for about a month and was about to give up when I found decorative plumbing pros. They had it and it was way below msrp. Thank you so much for helping me out!!!

Order arrived quickly

Order arrived quickly but we were missing one item. I emailed them & they shipped out the other item that day! Great customer service.

fantastic. they had the exact off the wall part I needed and the best part was it was extremely reasonably priced. shipping was quick and easy as well. can't say thank you to them enough!
