Salve, ho acquistato il deumidificatore Dewett il 31 marzo ed ho subito constatato che le funzioni tanto declarati sul sito corrispondono al falso.
Non deumidifica anzi la percentuale aumenta durante le ore di accensione, nella stanza ho posizionato un indicatore temperatura e umidità! L'ho tenuto acceso fino a 24 ore ed è per tale motivo che lo sconsiglio vivamente.
Ho tentato di scrivere mail per il reso ma un certo Aron risponde sempre in maniera fuorviante e temo non sia nemmeno una persona fisica .

Prodotto assolutamente inefficace !!!
Non fa assolutamente nulla, dopo due giorni di utilizzo continuo ha estratto solo una piccolissima quantità di acqua.
Servizio clienti inesistente (forse intelligenza artificiale).
Una vera truffa !!!

Dewett is een dropshipper met domein geregistreerd bij namecheap.com evenals de site electricreview.org waar hun producten op aangeprezen worden zijn van dezelfde eigenaar. Helaas ook niet verder gekeken en ben vanaf feb bezig te annuleren. Klarna had hun nietszeggende "onderzoek" gestart met als uitkomst de webshop in het gelijk gesteld. Ik heb Klarna gewezen op hun verantwoordelijkheden en dat zij met het negeren van klachten van klanten dit soort louche webwinkels steunen met hun praktijken. Ik heb nu voor de 4e keer de betaling gepauzeerd en een officiële klacht ingediend bij Klarna, daarna gaan we naar de ombudsman.
Mensen die dit ook meemaken volg bovenstaande stappen en meld de zaak bij de ACM! Bel ze of mail naar info@ consuwijzer.nl
Ze kunnen meer met meerdere klachten en zij zijn de enige die de website uit de lucht kunnen halen! Momenteel zijn ze de webwinkel aan het onderzoeken. MELD HET!
En geef Klarna ook een review...

Purtroppo preso dalla foga dell’acquisto ho acquistato il deumidificatore. Dopo 10 minuti ho inviato la richiesta di cancellazione e un fantomatico Aron risponde in olandese dicendo che è già stato spedito. In banca non possono annullare l’operazione. Potrei avere rimborso se il prodotto non arriva. Possibile che non ci sia una tutela !!!!!

As previous reviews; was offered “compensation” which they also did not pay! So don’t fall for that one either
There is an international consumer law that I am now pursing as not even covered by credit card

Had ik dit maar eerder geweten allemaal. Ben er helaas ook ingetrapt, na een goede review op een fake website. Zielig als je zo je geld moet verdienen!

Er is niets mis met onze producten.
Ik moet uitleggen dat retourneren een gedoe is.
Houd er rekening mee dat:
1. U dient het product zelf naar China te retourneren en de verzendkosten voor retourzending te dragen;
2. Nadat de retourzending is gelukt, moeten we de relevante tarieven en 15% retourkosten in mindering brengen;
3. Indien het product tijdens het retourproces beschadigd raakt, wordt het niet geretourneerd.
4. In het retourbeleid is vastgelegd dat het retouradres door ons moet worden opgegeven.
Ons retouradres is niet het adres dat op het pakket staat, we accepteren alleen het retouradres dat we opgeven; als u het pakket retourneert naar een ander adres dan het adres dat wij opgeven, kunnen we het pakket niet ontvangen en op dat moment kunnen we het pakket niet ontvangen. alle verliezen zijn voor rekening van de koper.

Als u een volledige terugbetaling wilt, moet u het artikel retourneren en de verzendkosten en douanerechten betalen. Het retourneren van artikelen van uw locatie naar China kost veel geld en tijd.
In dit geval betalen wij u 3% van de bestelling terug en retourneert u het pakket niet. U kunt de artikelen daar achterlaten als cadeau voor uw vrienden of familie.

Let op Oplichters!!!!!! Drop shipping vanuit China.

Product aangeschaft en volgens consumentenrecht, recht op retour binnen 14 dagen, zonder opgave van reden.
Na een tiental mailtjes krijgen wij geen retour adres. Wel korting als ik product toch behoudt. En ja let op, dan moet ik het maar cadeau doen aan iemand anders. ( ze schrijven het echt 😕)

Tevens wordt het wettelijk verplichte telefoonnummer niet gedeeld. In Nederland dient elke webshop een telefoonnummer ( sinds mei 2022) op een logische plaats op de site publiceren.

Het vervelende is dat Klarna onvoldoende checks uitvoert op hun leveranciers. Zij faciliteren malafide organisaties die zich niet aan de Nederlandse wet en regelgeving houden, waardoor consumenten de dupe zijn.

Hopelijk kan Klarna wel aan het retour adres komen.

Mijn advies, ga nooit met deze partijen in zee.

Helaas had ik ook eerst bij de verkeerde reviews gekeken. Binnen het uur de bestelling geannuleerd maar helaas voor mij ook hetzelfde verhaal.
Met dit bedrijf is geen contact te krijgen.
Gelukkig op tijd bij Klarna de betaling laten pauzeren.
Het pakket is ondanks annulering toch opgestuurd en daar moet ik nu € 40,00 voor betalen en Klarna doet ook helemaal niets voor je.
Jammer dat dit allemaal mag en kan in ons land !!

Kicking myself as I normally check for products reviews I echo all the other reviews on here same crap I’ve been put through now I paid with Klarna app who sided with Dewtt uk 🤯they said I provided insufficient evidence, I mean it doesn’t work they won’t take a refund or acknowledge it’s faulty I sent the whole email chain.

Trustpilot wouldnt allow my original headline but i think you can guess what it was.
You'll be throwing your money away. I only wish I'd read the reviews first. There's a dodgy website that puts this, (lets laughingly call it a dehumidifier) at the top of the list. Ignore it. You have been warned!!

Please don't buy from this company there dehumidifier does not do what its ment to do. And when you ask for refund they say you need return yourself back to China which will cost you more than you paid even though you bought from Dewett UK not China. Then they promise a 20%refund without sending item back then only giving you 15%. I agreed to this because I have just had major surgery and can't be bothered arguing with them. Please don't buy from them my item has gone the tip no good to anyone

Heb dit apparaat nu 2 weke in gebruik en totaal geen spijt van
Bestellen en aflevering ging binne 3 dagen tijd
Elke dagstaat hij 4 tot 7 uren aan lift aan welk weer we hebben
Elke dag zit er wel water i en onze lucht vochtigheid is ook goed gedaald

Arnaque: vous serez prélevé d'un montant supérieur à celui de la commande. Si vous demandez des explications ils vous font croire que c'est votre banque qui vous prélèvent la différence.

Heel simpel: op bestellingen zijn de ECC (europese regels) van toepassing (binnen 2 weken mag je het product terugsturen/-geven (ook al is het een winkel), binnen 30 dagen moet het geld terug zijn; het adres moet natuurlijk ook ergens in de EU zijn en mag niet ergens in China, India, Indonesië zijn... dat heet "redelijkheidsbeginsel". Op de Dewett-website staat notabene dat je het product binnen 30 dagen terug kunt sturen. Nou, ik wil binnen 14 dagen het terugsturen... ik ben inmiddels 9 mailtjes verder, heb contact gehad met ene Aron en Cindy (beiden "sales director"?) maar nog geen RMA, adres of iets van dien aard. Alleen maar mailtjes waarin ik moet in elk product verklaren wat er mis is met het product. Daar gaat het inmiddels niet meer om.....
Koop dit product NIET, koop NIETS bij Dewett, nooit! Als je zo met klanten omgaat, kun je beter geen winkel beginnen. Cindy en Aron zullen waarschijnlijk niet in de EU wonen denk ik zo.

Uur na bestelling gelezen over de slechte kwaliteit van dit product. Meteen mail gestuurd maar kon bestelling niet annuleren. Na levering aangeven het te willen terugsturen. Na 16 mailtjes adres gekregen. Teruggestuurd naar China maar nu willen ze geen geld terug storten. Boeven praktijken.
Oh ja, en het product doet maar een fractie vocht onttrekken, theelepeltje per 24 uur. Nooit maar dan ook nooit bestellen.

I had a really bad experience with Dewett Company. I tried to send back their product I didn’t use within their 30-day return policy, but it was a total mess. Instead of helping me, they just kept sending me to this robot chat thing that couldn’t give me a return address.

It was like pulling teeth trying to get them to tell me where to send the product back. They just kept avoiding it in all our emails. And then they said I had to send it all the way to China, and if it got damaged on the way, I would not see my money ever again. What, China? Are you serious?

But wait, there’s more! They tried to make it seem like they were being nice by offering me a tiny 3% refund. But every time I said no, they’d offer a little more. And when I finally said no way, they dropped it back down. It felt like they were playing games with me. Just waiting till 30 return policy is expired.

Honestly, Dewett Company seems like they don’t care about customers at all. The meaning of the company is just to make money selling cheap product for high price and don’t have any customer service, only the chat bot. Don’t make the same mistake I did – stay away from them. Trust me, it’s not worth the trouble.
