Diamond Dealer Direct Opiniões

Fantastic company to deal with. They are really pleasant to deal with and everything arrived when they said, with no hidden extras. I dealt with them remotely due to Covid, and they gave excellent service. Really lovely quality unique product and very good value too. Buy with absolute confidence. Will definately be using them again.

Visited a few diamond shops in the area that day, with Diamond Dealer Direct being the last. Easily the best value. Exceptional service from Mr Sat and Mr Raj, who took me through all things diamond! I left the shop feeling like somewhat of an expert myself!

There was no pressure to buy from anyone in the store, even though they had stayed back an extra 25 minutes after closing time; gave me all the information and time to make an informed decision.

With a variety of options available Mr Sat, being a very knowledgeable gemologist, very kindly explained what the differences between the diamonds meant and the criteria that is taken into account when pricing a diamond. I was able to view all the GIA certificates, both in physical format and digital.

Eventually we realised that the exact design that I wanted wasn't immediately available, so Mr Sat and Mr Raj helped me choose the diamond that I wanted and a band design (according to the design I had in mind) and I placed the order. Less than a week later, the ring was made and it looks even better than what I had expected. I'm excited for the rightful owner of the ring to see it for the first time.

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Honesty, reliability, quality, value, friendly and quick straight-to-the-point service.

If you feel like you know nothing about diamonds and would like to make an informed decision these guys are a must.

Lastly huge thanks to Sat and Raj. It was a good experience.

Travelled from London to purchase my eternity wedding band from Diamond Dealer Direct after hearing such good reviews. Had amazing customer service, Satish was lovely and very very helpful and helped me pick a beautiful band. I couldn’t recommend enough. 10/10 for Satish and his service.

These guys have provided some really great jewellery for my family over the years, in an industry where it's so easy to be sold poor overpriced goods later checks have always provided better than sold results. They are nice peeps who genuinely look after the client.

Cannot recommend these guys enough! I travelled up from Somerset specifically to see them off the back off recommendations. They customised me the perfect engagement ring that ticked all the boxes and it was ready to collect within 2 hours. 10/10 for service and a lovely team.

For my engagement ring, I wanted something unique and Raj - one of the jewellers - chose the best quality emerald stone and band for me. He knew exactly what I wanted, a platinum band with an emerald stone and it was all within budget. Thank you so much to Raj and his team for arranging my gorgeous engagement ring! The only place I went for my ring and it was worth it!

A great experience from start to finish! Having been to a number of different jewellery stores in the area, we found the experience here to be the best. Gavin went through all the various choices available when selecting the best diamond. Not being local to the area, we were keen to have something to take away the same day. They went above and beyond to ensure that this was possible and had the diamond set within the ring in an hour or so. We are very pleased with our purchase. Thanks Again!

I went in to get mine and my fiancé’s rings and both Sat and Diane were very helpful! Both customer service provided was impeccable and the knowledge and advice they had about the rings were very useful which I appreciated a lot! The customer care was continued effectively from the moment I went into store up until I collected both rings!

We originally visited Raj early 2020 so were delighted when he remembered us over 1 year later!
Two beautiful Platinum Wedding Bands purchased with expert help from Joe.
I believe there are over 90 dealers to chose from in The Jewellery Quarter, I would chose DDD every time for that truly ‘personal’ experience!
Great prices too!

We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Sat at DDD! Bent over backwards to accommodate us and let us see plenty of options for the types of rings we liked. He also have us a great price on both rings and left the store beaming!

My experience with DDD was fantastic. I got in touch having a design idea in mind and was left in awe of the finished product. All the intricacies of my concept were beautifully presented, and I have just as much praise for Raj who was highly professional. I was greeted with regular contact and great advice throughout the process, and most importantly not once did I experience any push sales spiel - exactly what you want when you are making a large investment, couldn’t recommended any more.

Excellent service all around and fairly priced!

This is honestly the best Jewellers not just in regards to prices but also in terms of the customer service. Everyone at Diamond Dealer Direct is so approachable and really take the time to help you choose the best item. I can only recommend it!

Went here after getting recommended by my brother in law who got my sisters engagement ring here 10 years ago. Raj served me and my partner and gave us his honest thoughts on practicality (showing his vast years of experience in the industry) and found a design which we both liked! He was not pressuring (like marlows next door) and gave us time to think about what we really wanted and then helped us out on a competitive price too.
He was really nice to talk too and I cant wait for the rings to arrive.

Recommended by Raj and I was not disappointed. Very knowledgeable in his field and he focussed on the experience itself rather than just finding the right ring. Understood my style and was able to provide options that matched my needs

Brilliant service from start to finish. Raj took his time explaining the different type of diamonds, ring styles and metals - very knowledgeable. The team managed to acquire the specific ring style and maximise the budget provided. Excellent experience, highly recommend Raj and the Diamond Dealer Direct team.

I was recommended to Raj by a friend. He has been extremely helpful from the start to the end. He helped with what I wanted, with no pressure at all. He made me feel at ease and much more comfortable with the process. He provided us with a beautiful ring, Raj is able to get the design and diamond that you like from any brand and provide you with the same thing at a much more competitive price. I would advise any potential customer 1000% to come here.

Raj played an incredible part in our engagement ring journey. From the moment we first met his advice, knowledge, and support put us at ease and allowed us to make the best decision for us. Raj's communication was fantastic and I always knew exactly what stage we were at in the process especially at a time where covid-19 meant I couldn't visit the store as often as I'd liked.

Sat helped me picked out a diamond for an engagement ring. Answered all my questions. Also made up the ring quicker than I expected. Great service by the team.

Picked up my beautiful Marquise-cut diamond solitaire today - served by Sat who was an absolute delight! He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and gave us a great deal. Also had a bit of input from Raj, too. They could not do enough to help us find my perfect ring. Thank you both so much! Loved it so much I went back to get a new wedding band 🤦‍♀️
