We’d like to clarify that your order, placed on January 3rd at 4:05 PM, was shipped promptly the following day, January 4th. We also sent you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number, which allows you to track your parcel via An Post’s website.
Unfortunately, as indicated in the tracking system, your package was sent to the wrong delivery office by An Post. While this is beyond our control, we completely understand how frustrating this must be, and we’re very sorry for the experience you’ve had.

Professional and no fuss
Website easy to navigate and purchase from. Delivery was quick despite been a busy time of year. But the best bit, I had ordered the wrong sized shoes (too wide) but the folks in the Blanchardstown shop were great to deal with and sorted me out.

Not nice experience
Some vouchers are only for on lime shopping only. Should be allowed use vouchers in shop. When item not available in local store had to cross city to another store. No chance of getting item delivered to local store.
