este pentru Digi Romania. Nu cred ca exista o asistenta comerciala mai proasta in Romania. Nici nu merita sa intru in detalii, pentru ca nu merita sa pierd timpul cu ei. Am pierdut prea mut timp in asteptare , ca sa raspunda la telefon , si sa nu-mi dea nici o solutie.

I ordered a SIM card in Portugal, it was not delivered to me and was stolen. I immediately called, went personally to make a second SIM card. I tried to block the stolen SIM card, but after 2 months after several calls, letters and actions, it was still not blocked and they are taking money from me for two SIM cards!! That is, someone is using the SIM card at my expense, and DIGI can not help me in any way!!!

They have the worst electricians they cut the wifi cable and now we havent had internet for more than 12 hours

. Acest review negativ este pentru firma DIGI România care nu fac altceva să taxeze lumea chiar dacă nu au conectiune la internet din mai multe cauze . Se schimbă periodic datele de PPPoE și dacă oameni sunt mai în vârstă nu știu cum să schimbe user și parola . De recomandat niciodată pentru ca nu este singura problemă. Dacă le spui ca ai viteza scăzută la internet ei îți dă viteza inițială de pe contract o săptămână și după schimbă la loc fără sa spună .

O firmă de tot cacatul . Dau o ora pentru remediere și ne trezim 2 zile fără internet clasic DIGI România

So let’s say you are outside the country for a long period and their system doesn’t allow you to access your account to pay your bills without receiving a code by SMS. After 3 to 6 months they cut your signal on mobile data and guess what?? You don’t have access to your account to pay your bills. They also don’t have an email notification to pay your bills in etc… account. Them they send after you a company to recover their outstanding invoices and those guys they send you a link where you can pay your invoices which are due. Digi just send on my email the same link so I can pay my bills instead of cutting the signal and make me in a situation where I need your stupid sms code which I cannot receive if you cut my signal soon as I am outside the country.

Spun ca au semnal peste tot dar unde locuiesc eu chiar daca spun ca acoperire pe aici dar nu am nici linie de demnal. Când am făcut o declarație la iei au zis ca au rezolvat problema dar nu au făcut nimic. Și tupa suna sam zică ca poate sa fie telefonul meu dar am văzut ca sunt mai multe persoane care de plâng de problema asta pe aici și toți au modele de telefon diferite.

I've been trying for months to solve a direct debit problem, meaning that they don't send the payment notice to the bank, the bank doesn't make the payment, they say that the direct debit contract is suspended, the bank says that it's active, I believe the bank, I re-signed the contract AND it still happens. Foarte nemulțumit de serviciul clienți si de serviciile oferite unui client care a platit in avans pe un an de zile , ca mai apoi sa îl amânați de pe o săptămână la alta cu instalarea , ba mai mult , să răspundeți la o plangere facuta pe motivul acesta cu rezilierea contractului cand mi-ați luat banii. SPER DIN TOT SUFLETUL SA DAȚI FALIMENT , SA FACETI LOC PENTRU ALTA FIRMA , CĂRUIA SA ÎI PESE DE CLIENTI CU ADEVARAT! IMI ESTE SCÂRBĂ DE VOI!!!

Sfatul meu este sa nu faceti abonament la Digi Romania SA pentru ca au devenit cei mai neseriosi.
In urma cu 2 saptamani am incheiat un al 9 lea abonament pentru o locatie noua ,am vorbit cu un angajat al lor care era pe strada la montaj care mi a spus ca daca platesc 170 ron imi instaleaza el o fibra mult mai buna si voi avea internet si cablu mult mai repede deoarece nu mai astept sa vina el sa mi instaleze cand va primi programarea pentru mine.A 2 zi mi a montat fibra pana in casa dupa care eu am instala to frumos prin casa.Dar surpriza dupa 2 saptamani nu am internet sau cablu ba mai mult ,cand am i ma spus sa inapoieze banii deoarece nu am internet pana acum a taiat fibra si mi a returnat suma a spus ca nici nu voi avea prea curand ca el face toate instalaile in zona si nu voi avea pana nu vrea el.
Deci in concluzie contractul este facut degeaba daca nu vrea un anumita angajat.
Asa ca aveti grija cu cine incheiati contracte.

I only had problems with them. My hotspot on my phone doesn’t work and it’s because of their network. Also, I moved city and when i wanted to end the contract for my old apartment they put me to pay one month extra because i didn't go on the first of the month, giving the fact that i already had my internet service cut down because i didn't pay in time, so basically i payed for nothing, I didn’t even lived there anymore, i even restored the router, there was no internet at that address 2 months prior-but i still paid! I explained them that i pay for no services and its not logical, but the answer was that that it’s the contract, and they called me daily and threatened that the fee will add up daily. I regret paying, honestly but they basically harassed me with daily calls and messages and I gave up but I shouldn’t have. They are terrible, they extra charge everything, 0 customer support, i am very displeased and i will change the mobile provider and also at my new apartment i will go to any other network supplier. I wouldn’t recommend digi to anyone!

zero customer support for small towns,
I asked for the new free router (included in my contract) and they cannot even send it to my home address. I have to travel 70km to get it ;)

After explaining the problem to the representative, she started to give unclear instructions, and when I had trouble finding what she was asking for, she put me on mute and left me speaking to myself.

Despite the fact that their network covers most of Romania, their customer support and engagement leave much to be desired. I found the experience frustrating and unhelpful.

Cea mai proasta companie. Viteza internetului este 40, in timp ce pe orange am 400. Ii sun le spun ca este o problema cu viteza iar doamna de la telefon imi raspunde ca 40 este destul sa pot deschide pagini web si ca nu este nimic de facut
