Great service and staff very friendly

Cheap product but it does what it says on the tin. Evri rescheduled the delivery a couple if times, but i eventually got it. Free delivery was one ifvthe reasons why i purchases from direct2public

Came across this Company by chance as was looking at something on B&Q (which wasn't in stock) Ended up @ Direct2Public, was quite dubious and cautious before I proceeded to place an order. (as I'd never heard of them) I needn't have been, superb service and super fast delivery. Items very well packaged. Not to mention reasonable price and great quality. Would use again without any doubt at all.

Quick phone call to the factory. Man checked that it was in store. I had seen the kettle I wanted on their website. He told me delivery is free and I only spent £12.30 for a 3.5 ltr kettle. Delivered without hassle after 2 days. GREAT company. Thank you. My husband loves the kettle too. Sure to check on their website when I need something Happy Christmas 🎄

Good quality products low prices

Ordered through the b&q marketplace from direct2public, they never gave the item to the courier, can’t get in contact with them and b&q can’t refund as it came through their marketplace, no confidence in this company

Staff is amazing. Have wide range good quality product. I went for store pick and they helped me with all I needed. I bought some camping accessories and they were good quality. Will surely comeback.

I ordered 2 halogen heaters and 2 magnetic screens for cars. The money was paid through my credit card and the items never arrived. These items were purchased through wowcher. When I looked into the delivery information it said they didn't deliver to my address but you still took my money.

I ordered a 2 pack of lightbulbs through the b&q website, at first not even realising nothing to do with them. Anyway I ordered them for delivery, and it stated on the site, and in my order, would be delivered next day, and stated the date.28th November. I waited patiently, finally contacting them on the 2nd December asking where my order was. They have palmed me off with its a delay with the postal service and hopefully another 3 days would be delivered. When i replied to this saying it should have been delivered by now, they are now saying it was sent standard free delivery, even though it never gave any option for a different delivery type, and it is clearly stated at the top of the order!! I will certainly never use them again, meanwhile we patiently sit here waiting on a bathroom light , now over a week!

I went into this completely aware that I won’t make my money back. I purchase mystery items every year for Christmas just as a bit of fun, we usually give away most of the stuff to friends or charity.

Please please please don’t purchase this if you are looking to make money, they put some absolute rubbish in these it’s hilarious. You’ll find Covid masks, coat hangers, packages ripped open. 80% of the things were from Marksman, but it’s really cheap stuff. But the worst part is, they throw in double of everything, so I have a pair of everything that came in the “mystery box”. It’s just sheer laziness on their part, by far the worst mystery box I’ve ever purchased. My expectations were low but my word.

They advertise it as it’s completely random but of course it never is. No one on this planet sells things “randomly” so please understand that when buying these types of things.

Basically all of it completely nonsense but I knew this from the start, so this is just a warning for everyone out there thinking they can make money on this sort of thing, you never will, I promise you. Only purchase for a laugh like I did.
