Worst company ever!!! Scammers took my money and now cannot get in contact with them going through the bank DO NOT USE THEY WILL SCAME YOU

Stay away from!! Had to contact the bank to get my money back ! No contact made for 2 weeks after several emails

Two big orders both arrived next day, order was correct

Dreadful! Sent the wrong vape flavour and never replied to emails. Now stuck with 10 of the most awful flavoured vapes that I have ever tasted!

Really poor customer service never order from this people , I advice everyone not to order from this company you will not receive your order,

Emailed in several times asking for an update with no response. Avoid being messed around by this company, having to go through the bank to try and resolve.

Ordered a specific vape brand they sent a different model to what I ordered which are fake and unsmokable. I've emailed 6 times no reply as I want to swap to the vapes I ordered.

Avoid at all cost terrible retailer I will keep pushing for a refund don't get stung like me guys

Thief’s brought stuff of them a box under and no refund ask for cctv got nothing the customer support is so bad I hope people read this befor buy never buying from them again and I will be contacting Shopify abit this too

Never ever buy from this seller …is a fraud..I place an order £700 got the order next day but send me different vape ..when I called him is days photos are different ..in photos shows two pack vapes and he sent me one pack one…
Also never sent me invoice..I called so many times also msg him need invoice for account purpose but never replied…

Bought some vapes from them 2 weeks and delivery is supposed to be 1-2 working days. Tracking is still on ‘preparing shipment’. They do not respond to emails or whatsapp messages. Scammers, avoid at all costs. 0 stars if possible

Purchased a vape kit plus pack of coils about 10 days ago. Coils arrived but no vape kit.
WhatsApp used for contact several times but messages read and not answered.
Now £50 out of pocket and no way of reaching them.
Draw your own conclusions but mine is that they are scammers or fraudsters.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, QUICK TO TAKE MONEY, CLAIMS TO HAVE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICES BUT NO CONTACT NUMBER OR EMAIL ADDRESS. MADE A PURCHASE ON 11TH JAN 2025 AND STILL NEVER RECEIVED THE GOODS. NO RESPONSE TO MY EMAILS OR WATTSAPP VIA THEIR WEBSITE. IF I COULD I WOULD HAVE GIVEN ZERO STARS
