I needed to change my ticket and they were very responsive and helpful!

I would like to highlight the help provided by Mr Ammar Baig in sorting out my trip. He was efficient and very helpful. I had to rebook my flights which did incur a charge but his swift actions are appreciated in sorting out my journey. Thanks Ammar

booking with this company is an absolute nightmare, I've had to refill a page SEVEN TIMES because it DOES NOT SAVE YOUR PROGRESS AND REFRESHES FOR NO REASON! A disgrace. Makes you wish you weren't travelling in the first place.

I was up against the clock in booking international flights to secure the best price. I fell upon an internal problem with updating traveller profile information. I worked with Ammar Biag from Diversity through lots of telephone calls and emails back and forth. Ammar stayed on the phone line to make sure emails were received. We made the deadline with 12 minutes to spare. Ammar was a absolute star and I cannot thank him enough.

It's a shame there's no option to score different aspects of DT individually because those experiences are completely different.

- Diversity Travel's booking page and user experience is absolutely horrible. The website is extremely slow (and it's not the fault of my internet), the flights are overpriced, there's no flexibility, and often there's no option to choose your own luggage or seat. - score: 1.
- DT's customer service: score 5. I was recently assisted by Hashim and he was brilliant. If it wasn't for his excellent customer service, quick responses, and pro-activeness, the average score would've been much lower than a 3. Thank you, Hashim!

We use Diversity for business travel, and I had a tricky schedule to plan for which involved crossing the UK in a short period of time. Thélise at Diversity was excellent. She helped plan the trip, resolve issues with bookings which involved both personal & business travel, and always provided options to ensure I was getting what I needed (e.g. breakfast, different rates etc). She responded really quickly to inquiries and I have everything ready and prepared for my trip. It was a great experience!

My daughter missed her flight from Mexico city because she've gor food poisoned. A Sunday, the emergency service could be a challenge but thanks to Niall and his amazingly efficient handling, we have got a new ticket within 15 minutes on th ephone and email.

I rarely write reviews, but Victor Arogundade at Diversity Travel was extremely responsive to my urgent request to book travel for my colleagues. Victor fulfilled the brief and offered several price options for flights and accommodation within a short timescale which made the process efficient and stress free. Victor’s attention to detail and his telephone manner is excellent and I look forward to working with Victor and Diversity Travel again.

I'm not one to usually leave reviews, but I just had to make an exception for Delfina. She was an absolute gem in helping me with my flight booking through Diversity. Her attention to detail and care really made the experience fantastic! On top of that, she was incredibly patient, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Delfina, you rock! I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for Delfina's assistance in handling my recent travel requests. Given that Ammar was unavailable, her seamless transition into the role did not go unnoticed. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to ensuring a smooth travel experience have been second to none - and her patience with me was nothing short of a miracle!! This is the most inefficient way to make travel arrangements. Unfortunately, I am forced to book through DT since 2020 as I work for a UK uni that partners with them.

Fewer options, higher prices, and a pathetic website that most of the time fails. I do not know a SINGLE colleague in my or other universities that has a positive opinion.

I have worked at 7 universities / reseach institutes in 5 different countries and nothing comes even close to how problematic DT is.

Worst website experience imaginable. Countless hours wasted when attempting bookings due to broken links, random dropping of saved progress, slow servers and other countless little issues. Always a dread and a day wasted whenever I need to use this company for refunding university travel and accommodation.

Nadine was really pro-active in researching different hotel options for the trip that I was organising and always prompt to respond to my questions. A great booking experience once again!

They were very tolerant with me while the options where constantly changing due to cost feedback we were getting and so had to keep changing the plan which is good.
On the other side I felt that in oder to get the cheapest options I often would have to look into things myself and find alternative options and send over the options to the agent, otherwise our trip would have been alot more expensive. The main point of going through a travel agent is that they can find the best deals for you. It would be nice if you could just ask for the cheapest way to get x amount of people somewhere and the investigation of options could be done by the agent. with students where cost is so important. Whether it is a combination of train and taxi, bus, or if tickets for one station becomes very expensive, why not investigate other possible stations. So i did this and saved our group Over 400 GBP. just by changing the station. It would be nice to know the travel agency is find the best options and being versatile and creative in this pursuit rather going with whats easiest and accepting big hikes in prices, this is fine for commercial sector, but for students value and economy are very important and can make or break the trip. How many different options and differnt companies were really explored? It felt a bit like the first one was good enough and no desire to hunt for better options.
