Fuyez. Ne choisissez surtout pas cette agence pour une excursion en privé. Il vont vous facturer un chauffeur et un guide et la veille du départ, vous envoie un message pour dire que le guide n'est pas inclus, qu'il faut payer un supplément alors que c'est écrit noir sur blanc que c'est bien inclus. Vous lui demandez donc d'annuler l'activité et il refuse et demande de passer par le chat getyourguide.
Arnaque. Je ne lâcherai pas l'affaire et je vais récupérer mes 220€.

Flight booking via KT Online
A couple of issues initially (KT Online account had been deactivated, presumably because it had been a while since I booked travel, and it took until the evening to get a reply to my subsequent email request for quotes). However, the reply to my email was helpful and friendly and, once back on KT Online, it was very easy to find airfares and book flights. Also, I used the chat option to find out why one airline that operated that route wasn't showing and the reason was explained by an agent swiftly and clearly.

As you suspected, we do deactivate dormant accounts for security purposes.
