I am appalled at the level of service for updating a legal entity type that was already verified. Duns cost me over $200k so far. And the admin issue is not resolved. Apple, you need to drop this company as a vendor immediately.

Also das war richtig witzig... ich erhalte einen Anruf zum Datenabgleich für mein Unternehmen das nie in Kontakt mit dieser dubiosen Firma war und nie eine Eintragung gewünscht hat. Als ich ihn fragte murmelte er nur vor sich hin, da hab ich ihn mal motiviert und gesagt: Hey, ich bin Technikaffin und für neue Dinge immer gerne zu begeistern, leg mal los erklär mir das Ganze und nimm mich da mal an die Hand. Ergebnis: 5 Minuten gemurmel, nebenbei hab ich gegoogelt und abgelehnt dass ich da eingetragen werde. Also so schlecht dass es schon witzig ist.
Dun & Bradstreet indleder kontakt med krav, der findes urimelige, og som bygger på meget vidtgående fortolkninger af deres rettigheder.
Indvilligedes der ikke i at imødekomme kravene, sker en opfølgende kontakt telefonisk, hvor budskabet gentages i en mere konfronterende form. Her bliver det gjort klart: enten kan deres produkt i betalt form erhverves, eller også sendes sagen videre til juridisk afdeling.
En direkte truende tilgang, hvor pres og juridisk eskalation bruges som løftestang for salg, frem for dialog eller saglig afklaring.
Det er ikke metoder, vi anerkender eller forbinder med professionelt samarbejde, og vi fraråder derfor ethvert samarbejde med Dun & Bradstreet.
Som för mång andra. Kreditupplysning utan någon kontakt, aldrig hört talas om dem. Svårt att tänka vilken aktör de hämtar in för.
Jag fick kreditupplysning på Kivra, fast jag inte beställt något!
Do not do business with this company. They take your money and do not deliver and do not help. If you have a 3rd party that is requiring a DUNS Number, then refuse them, explain the issues, and force to be verified another way.
The worst Customer Service ever encountered. I called in 3 times, each time getting a different representative. Each and Every call was met with a foreign speaking individual. Each one was a struggle to speak and understand English. Each time I requested someone else to help me, and each time I was refused. I requested to speak with a supervisor each and every time to hopefully get someone who could understand the issue. I was flat out refused twice, even requesting over and over again, the representatives kept saying "I can help you" but yet did not understand the issue at hand, so how exactly can they help, when language and issue is not understood. the 3rd representative kept putting me on hold and coming back telling me no supervisor available.

Absolutely horrible website, impossible to even login even though i just made an account and changed my password numerous times trying to get it to accept me.
Cant even do the simplest of things: login, let alone get a DUN number

Was forced to sign up for a DUNS number by the FDA. Dun and Bradstreet concocted a bogus company name that I never typed in and assigned the DUNS number to that fictitious company even though the proof of ownership documents I submitted had the correct company name on them. Now the FDA will not accept the assigned DUNS number for my genuine company. This is outrageous and they forced me to upload biometric data to prove my identity. Seems like a massive and insidious scam

This place is a ridiculous farce. Totally incorrect information and I am not even sure how this is remotely perceived as viable tool in this era. Disgrace.

Fick som många andra mejl som påstår att något med min kredit eller annan info ändrats.
Vid samtal med de säger de att de inte skickat något och två dagar senare får jag mejl med min sambos personnummer skickat till mig gällande kreditupplysning.
Extremt otrevlig kundservice per telefon och de var helt ointresserade att hjälpa till och det märktes mellan raderna att detta går ut på att sälja onödiga abonnemang.
Fortfarande vet jag inte vad deras utskick till mig gällde och på andra sidor finns det ingen uppgift om någon ändring av mina uppgifter eller kredit.
Dun & Bradstreet licenses its data out to other companies like buzzfile.com. There I found our law firm with all kinds of incorrect data. You have to go through Dun & Bradstreet to effectively get the information removed, and it is a cumbersome, time-consuming experience. This USED to be a respectable company.

I found out that dun&bradstreet reports my accounts as late filed , which is not correct so I called I made them aware of it. They acknowledged that it was incorrect on their report but have since not corrected and are not responding to emails.
Absolutely shocking as this really affects my business credit report and as I can imagine not the only one with this exact problem.
How is dun&bradstreet allowed to continuously give out false reports on businesses without any consequence?

Dun and bradsteet har valt att sätta okr i inkomst av näringsverksamhet på mig, trots att Skatteverket har helt andra uppgifter.
Skapar jätteproblem för mig

It is incredibly difficult to contact dun & bradstreet, so when they have details incorrect about my own business, I am not able to have it updated.. Terrible service and so disappointed in their service and poor communication.

D&B continually reports me past due on multiple accounts, i dispute and get a few of them removed, others that you wont remove, won't tell me who the name of who is reporting me past due. Then I wait 2 weeks and you still show the corrected removed accounts as still past due. I spend hours fixing this and then next quarter have to do it all over again.

Wurde aus heiterem Himmel angerufen, man wolle meine geschäftlichen Auskünfte aktualisieren. Ich kenne den Betrieb nicht, habe nie zu irgendetwas zugestimmt. Die verkaufen wohl öffentlich einsehbare Auskünfte an dritte weitere, sonst kann ich mir so eine Datenspeicherung-aktualisierung nicht vorstellen. Ich persönlich möchte das nicht !
