I am sorry to hear that you are having issues. Per our email correspondence, I see you registered a domain and pointed the name servers to a third party hosting provider. All this setup looks correct on our side. You will now need to configure the specific DNS entries with that third party so that your domain name is properly linked to your hosting provider.

I am sorry to see that you are disappointed. In reviewing your account I see that you purchased a domain on March 31, and received a full refund on April 4.

I also see your account was locked due to security issues which are triggered by our system if a security related incident is detected. In those cases we reach out to the affected customer to provide instructions on how to verify their purchases and unlock their account.

I am already client of Go Daddy and I am very worried

I am already client of Go Daddy and DomaionRightNow is Go Daddy! nevertheless is received a message informing that you need to check my identity and that I should send you my passport copy. This is a breech to my PCI.
The message also said that if I was not sending this information in the 48 hours the domains I bought would be released but the charge has been placed on my credit card anyway.
Also last time I had a issue DRN to register previous domains and couldn't proceed the payment online a Go Daddy rep helped me to buy the domain at a higher price than Domainrightnow, also to make the purchase on line I had to give away my credit card number and the CVV number. I really hope that I won't get any trouble with my card as I already reported that fact and didn't received any comment from you. FYI I keep a screen capture of the messages I am sending you.

Part 2 I could finally check my bank account and couldn't see purchases which look fraudulent so far, nevertheless I cancelled my credit card.
