I walked into the showroom with a vague idea of what I needed (looking for a rise/recline chair for my elderly dad). I was passed to Ian Parr who listened and then offered excellent sales advice.
Communication from that point on was excellent and delivery was exactly within the timeframe suggested.
Communication around the delivery was great (I live half an hour away from my parents, so needed time to get across town, which was accommodated).
The two young men who arrived to remove the old chair and assemble the replacement could not have been more pleasant, respectful of the property and my parents and were extremely efficient.
The chair does exactly what Dad needs and he will be much more comfortable now.
There is not a thing I can think of that could have been better) including the price).

The sales staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and helped guide us into what would fit and the range of fabrics available.

Karolina Wylezek was superb throughout, and the delivery was on time and handled very professionally - very happy customers !

We visited Doorway to Value to choose a Mattress, with a good idea of what we wanted. Karolina approached us as we were looking round and asked if she could be of assistance. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy in any way. We spent some time making our choice and then completed our purchase. At no time did we feel pressured, and she made us feel comfortable, encouraging us to spend time lying on a variety of mattresses.

We've just had our return visit to Doorway after previously purchasing a bed and on this visit have purchased a new sofa. On this occasion we were assisted by Steve Corns. Doorway is our local furniture store and the experience shopping here is such a better and more pleasant experience than the bigger stores known nationally. Steve was extremely helpful, friendly and we felt no pressure at all which we've experienced with other companies. There is so much choice and we know the quality is good. This place is our go to for home furniture. Would highly recommend!

We specifically dealt with Steve because we had benefited from his advice earlier in the year, He remembered us and instantly identified with our requirements . No hard sell and business was completed in a very short period of time. Would have no hesitation in recommending both Steve and the firm

As a disabled wheelchair user I was searching for functionality as well as style.
Danny totally understood the brief and found our perfect sofa. Danny spent the time explaining all the pros and he never rushed.
It was a very pleasant experience during which we felt we were making an informed decision with no pressure.
I would throughly recommend both Danny and Doorway to Value.

Beautiful and well laid out showrooms. A huge selection of suites and sofas. We received excellent service from David Thomson - he was extremely helpful but not in the least 'pushy'. We were able to take our time with no pressure, and no time-limited offers or discounts.

Called in to view the range of stressless armchairs and asked Danny where their stock was. He led us over to a fine range and straight away my wife found just the one she wanted. Danny explained the choices of colours avaliable in both leathers and woods. Totally recommend a visit to this fine shop.

We've been on the hunt for a couple of sofas for our living room for a while. We've been to what feels like every furniture store. On the last couple of visits to Doorway to Value, Danny has been very helpful and (very) patient with us as we pour over the options we are considering.
