What I like most about Doorway to Value is that you can wander around the store without the sales staff pressuring you into a sale. We have visited numerous times and find the staff very pleasant, and not pushy salespeople. It is a breath of fresh air to know that this is their approach.

Steven Corns was also very helpful on our visit, giving us advice on the sideboard we purchased.

Peter was brilliant. I came in for some dining chairs and he patiently went through all the material, leather and colour options, providing really helpful advice. Great salesman and great overall experience! Will definitely visit again.

I went shopping for a new sofa, well two actually. I must say I was pleasantly surprised at the speed and efficiency of the transaction at Doorway to Value. Steve Corns was the gentleman that took my order and he explained everything in great detail about the models of sofas I was interested in and any optional features available and also about the order process and likely time frame for delivery etc
Everything was completed within two hours from my arrival to the order being completed.
Thanks again Steve for the fast and efficient service, it really was a great experience and very professional.

I had great service from both Ian and Karolina across a couple different visits to Doorway to Value while buying a few things for a new house. Both were knowledgeable and friendly, and made the process easy.
The price point is slightly higher than some places, but worth it for the service and quality of the product inc. free assembly and delivery on all items (I think) . Looking forward to receiving my new furniture in a few weeks!

We have just spent almost two hours looking at suites in Doorway to Value. The choice is exceptional. We were noticed by Steve Corns who made himself available to us without being pushy. Steve was able to narrow down what we did and didn't want and we finished up buying a beautiful Ercol sofa and chairs. Steve was very professional and knowledgeable.....and easy to talk to. He made sure that we were certain about our choice (which we are) and made the whole process stress free. Thank you.

Recently bought a set of dining chairs . Hadn’t shopped at doorway to value for 20 plus years having got drawn into the big retail parks “usual shops”……but this place sets the bar. Quality furniture with prices to match but you are getting top stuff. No doubt. We dealt with Peter. A great guy. The chairs , being of a top spec (better than anywhere else we had shopped) were on sale at a great; he was very approachable and dealt professionally with us. V happy.

The store is well laid out with lots of choice and price options. Karolina was very helpful with advice when needed, but also allowed us to browse in our own space

The range and price of products was extensive. Jason was very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time to try out different chairs. We felt able to make an informed decision and are purchasing a chair from Doorway to Value. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Have driven past Doorway to Value for near 2 decades and never stepped inside …. but what a pleasant surprise I had!
The place is far far bigger than it looks from the road … and although I had heard rumours it was possibly expensive …. I can now confirm it is not!

The prices are very very similar to what you see at other furniture / sofa stores … except here you have an exceptional variety of manufacturers to choose from so it’s for budgets for every pocket.
Over the past month we had looked at soooo many other places to try and find the right sized and style of sofa … and here it was at Doorway to value and right on our doorstep!!

The service and browsing /shopping experience was very relaxed …. Being offered tea/coffee as we explored the showroom …. and we must give a ‘shout out’ to Peter Williams who was exceptional giving us advice and details with whatever questions we had.
No pressure for a sale/ or any after sales pressure for additional stuff like most other places do.

Highly recommended….. so don’t keep driving past it like I did!!

We visited Doorway to Value last week to purchase a bed frame and mattress. Karolina was very helpful . Karolina introduced herself and left us to browse . She was available for any questions . Didn’t feel pressurised at all and very pleased with our purchase . We have purchased other products from DWTV and would highly recommend them .

Just a quick note to thank Karolina for her help and advice during our recent purchase of a new bed and wardrobe. Although we were fairly clear about our requirements, Karolina's assistance and patience was greatly appreciated as we selected the headboard and bed swatches that matched our chosen bedroom colour scheme

This is an excellent store with a wide variety of furniture which is beautifully displayed. All the staff we met were helpful and friendly.

We had excellent customer service from Jason who was knowledgable, patient and professional, and helped us to choose a sofa and chair without any pressure to buy.

He then introduced us to Karolina who gave us good advice in answering all our questions for our purchase of a mattress.

We would definitely recommend this store and will return for any future purchases

We visited Doorway to Value after friends of ours had a good experience. We were helped by Karolina, who was very helpful. We came in looking for a particular brand of mattress but after figuring out our preferences she pointed us in a different direction and we found the perfect match! She even helped keep our 6 year old entertained while we did "the boring stuff." Overall a great experience.
