I have been playing on this site for a good part of a year and I can’t fault the customer service. I had a problem with a withdrawal and it was quickly resolved. I have had many wins on this site and also losses as you would expect with gambling. I really enjoy the site and ease of use. Good quality games. Fast and easy to deposit and withdraw. Only had the one hiccup in all this time and it was resolved very quickly.

Can’t get the money I won through Dragonbet. Overly complicated process clearly intentional. Will never use them again

I recently joined Dragonbet and had a nice little win witch was nice, however the reason for for my review is the fantastic customer service I just received from a gent called Duncan Jones, when on live chat and sorted my issue out within minutes, and the site it self as great selection of games the sites not clunky like some sites, so top job Dragonbet I will be using you in the future. Amazing site, not sure how this site has bad reviews, its easy one my favourite sites. Easy verification, chat r so helpful, very fast withdrawal and RTP is absolutely brilliant. Obviously all luck and got to be carful when gambling on any site. But i played yesterday and hit a super jackpot of 25k due to the large withdrawal of 24k (yes I spent a further 1k coz why not ) it took abit longer than a normal withdrawal but still in account less than 24hrs 😁👌Definitely recommend DragonBet. quite a good site to be fair. if i could just collect instead of thinking go for more..put £110 in nest egg then at last cracked an egg 5 spins £2.50 back.tried again cracked 2 eggs £35 back so came out.payout for that game is shocking..i have collected over £600 and it was in my bank within the hour so no problem there..i think greed gets the better of me.i will keep playing as it is one of the best sites out there.( apart from nest egg)..good luck guys

This bookmaker is well below par in comparison to other well known bookmakers you'll find on the high street. If you have a problem and email Dragon bet, they will do their utmost to ignore the email, especially when it comes to paying back your money.

I have also noticed that they engage in fake good reviews as part of their reputation management strategy. I can see this as every time they get bad reviews, there then follows a good review or more to push the bad review further down the pecking order. I know all about this as I work in reputation management myself. Their Casino RTPs are totally rigged. Try a different bookmaker instead, you'll spare yourself a lot of aggravation!

Just joined today added money £20 through a recommendation from my partner. Who said she suggested it because of someone on YouTube. I’ve never joined a site managed to play for 10 minutes and have my account suspended with money still in it. I’ve sent all documents through email for verification. Will update how long it takes and what like the site is if I play on it.

Maybe the site should ask for documents before suspending an account. Wouldn’t that make it a more polite way!

Update I’m still being asked for more documents and I’ve sent my drivers license my passport the PDF of the transaction to dragonbet themselves with my address everything on it. I’ve sent them front and back of my bank card and screenshots of my actual bank account!!! So if this doesn’t verify me somethings wrong with this site. I’m hoping the site is worth all this hassle! Will update how long and what happens when I know!!

Check your emails. DragonBet are following their licensing requirements as set out by the Gambling Commission. Go join a dodgy site if that's what you'd prefer. These guys are LEGIT I've played here for ages with zero problems. Always fast payouts and excellent customer service.

I won nearly 2k they had already verified my account but asked for a new bank statement which I gave then they decided that because my boyfriend has sent me money that my winning could be voided? terrible service i’ve never heard another company doing such a scammy thing.
