Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I ordered the product in Dec 16th and the arrival date was supposed to be Dec 21st. After the 21st came and went and I checked tracking info and it was pushed to Dec 26th which was going to be too late. I contacted Dribble Up several times via chat and asked for an expedited delivery. They disregarded my proposed solutions and just told me there is nothing g they could do. I asked to speak with a Manager several times and finally they agreed one would call me on Dec 23rd but no one ever reached out. I would recommend competitor’s product so this does not happen to you.

My son got the basketball and loves it!!! No problems! The only thing is more work on dribble under the legs is what he asked for at 9. The customer service is amazing!

My name is Joie and started using DribbleUp equipment which hasn’t been an issue for me. Even their customer service has been helpful. Only thing I wish the equipment would offer more coupons for the full price items. Because as someone who works part-time relies on discount items.

Amazing customer experience
I ended up needing to exchange a soccer ball for a basketball because by the time my son was going to get the gift he had changed his mind. I was originally nervous about the exchange but their customer service was amazing. Very smooth process and I was kept well informed during the exchange. Can’t wait to continue using our products!

Extremely bad business practice
When I placed the order, it mentioned it will be delivered before xmas. But you dropped off the package on Dec 22 and blame USPS but you guys should have dropped it off earlier. If not you should use priority post to keep your promise. You mentioned that you have no control over the warehouse then shouldn't have mentioned that the item would be delivered before xmas. When I contacted the customer service, you guys don't own it up to your mistake and keep blaming USPS for poor handling of the order. It is very bad business practice!

Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. Ordered our first basketball on December 16th, got an email with the wording ‘your order has shipped’, only to find out several days later, that it didn’t ship! A label was created at USPS facility but the item never made it there! So in all actuality not really shipped. Customer service rep advised on 12/20 to reorder, she would refund previous order, and for me to order express shipping on new order. She stated, and the website stated, it would be DELIVERED 12/22! It is now 12/22 PM and no it has not been delivered. The company didn’t offer to cover the express shipping, offered hardly any assistance, only false promises. I contacted another rep yesterday, I had to pull information from her, and she provided me incorrect information. Total disaster of customer service and their knowledge. Their logistics are awful!!! If they mess up, they should fix it in some form or fashion. The second rep telling me ‘I hope it gets there before Christmas.’ Terrible.

Product Misrepresented in Advertising
I did not realize that the basketball would not come with it's own app or at least one app for the kids to use at Christmas. So, all I received was 3 basketballs, where I could have gotten the same at Walmart, Etc. This is not fair and such a misrepresentation by Dribble Up. My first order sent sent with only two basketballs and no stand, where I first ordered three basketballs and one stand. Today, I received the other ball and stand but found out there are no instructive online companions. I am sick about this because I was so excited to get my three grandsons instructions on how to start out their basketball careers with the right learning concepts. I didn't need a subscription but needed at least some basic instructions as to beginning the game. Like I said, I'm sick about this situation.

I think the product looks outstanding so I ordered one for my grandson. After thinking about it and realizing there was a subscription cost per month I realized my mistake. My grandson doesn’t play any of the sports and isn’t likely to utilize the product enough to make it worth while. They allowed me to end the subscription and return the product for a refund, no questions asked. Great customer service

We realized we had double ordered the balls, two of them. Within 1 minute of emailing customer service I had a return label. Amazing service, waiting for Christmas to give to the grand kids, but They look amazing.

Unbelievable customer support!
One of the three balls we ordered got shipped to the wrong location. They immediately sent out another ball to complete the order. Amazing customer service!

Wonderful customer service. Easy exchange. Had the new ball at my doorstep the day after I dropped the wrong ball at usps. Even got a free return label. Highly recommend!

The customer service is exceptional
The customer service is exceptional. They listen with patience and handles questions and issues very professionally. They truly stand by their promises of streamlined delivery. My grandson’s will be truly happy their gift was received on time and not lost in the mail handling chaos.

I was very disappointed with Dribble Up. I saw there ad and went to their website. I thought I was purchasing a basketball that came with an app for my grandson. I saw nothing about a $16 to $18 monthly subscription fee, and to my knowledge I did not authorize this subscription. After being notified that $18 had been paid by my PayPal account (in addition to the cost of the basketball, I canceled my subscription and returned the ball. The return and refund went well.

Highly recommend, great customer service ! Realized after placing my order it was the wrong size and they changed it right away, no issues. Also concerned because of postal issues i would not receive it for my grandson's Christmas present but was pleasantly surprised to receive it yesterday ! Also all communication was very pleasant.
