Feels a bit bait and switch on their "Christmas Delivery" just to get sales... They ultimately will just generate a shipping label and pretend like they are using a shipment date from USPS however this seems to be a house of cards. Ordered on the 18th in the AM, still not in USPS hands as of 7pm Eastern on the 20th.. I refuse to believe that USPS guaranteed or showcased that they'd deliver by Christmas if you got it in their system on the 21st. Again I get trying to get revenue but definitely looks like false advertising.

Due to the increased shipment volume, USPS has been skipping some normal scans in an effort to keep packages moving, which can make it appear as though an order hasn’t been received or is not in transit yet.

Service is efficient but…

Customer service is efficient but company refuses to accept preloaded Visa gift cards. This makes it impossible to buy for friends or more distant relatives. I truly believe this is because they hope you will forget you are being charged monthly and will be able to bilk you out of money monthly even when the kid stops using the service. Similar to a gym membership! And, of course, this doesn't work with a preloaded Visa.

Finally received the item!

So I’ve not received my product. The tracking that they sent me says it’s in transit but it’s been in transit since November. I emailed customer service and they sent me another one however the tracking on it states it has not been picked up by the shipping partner. Only a label was created. I would like to review the usefulness of the ball, but I think they just took my money. I hope to be able to come back and change this review if I ever get the product.

Edit : The shipping was slow and the tracking was not accurate. I have now received 2 of the 3 orders they mailed. I believe the first one was lost. After Christmas, I will return with the review about how the ball worked for my grandson.

When you reached out on December 10, a replacement was sent and shows as delivered on December 13. This is a ripoff. Do not order this they are crooks.
We never used this and they do not answer their phone. NOONE will contact you back. I am trying to start a class action suit against them..

Sending spam email and advertising to my company, the mail is created under 24h and these spammers sending us ads. Despite unsubscribe, they keep sending us spam, what is wrong with these crappy usa companies, illigal mails is the new normal?have you heard of gdpr, or you want an international legal damage under gdpr?

Horrible, they’ll rake your money and won’t refund

Horrible. We logged in one time and the camera wouldn’t pick up anything so we couldn’t even do the training . I thought I effectively cancelled only to find out I apparently had duplicate accounts and they charged me $16.99 a month for over a year after I cancelled. Cancelling is a pain and they don’t refund anything over 30 days

Wanted me to pay in full to get the promo

I tried purchasing the DU using my promo code. When I went to check out, it said the code had expired. But I still have 2 days and 20 hours left. I contacted DU and was told they could not issue me a new code. I needed to buy the product first and then call back and they’d issue me a refund. Seems odd that they can’t generate a new code and I’d need to pay them in full for the hopes that when I call back in people will give it to me later .

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. I purchased the soccer ball and subscription. My young granddaughter loved it and my daughter agreed that is was a great tutorial but when my granddaughter got bored, I canceled the subscription. The process was very easy to do.

Love the ball and love the training app

We got the ball after some issues with delivery - for which they sent a replacement ball and now they are sending a return label for the replacement once it arrives since the original ball has been found and delivered by the delivery company they used (thanks, Canada Post). DribbleUp’s customer service and support and the kindness and professionalism of their staff are spectacular. We were well aware of the subscription portion of the purchase as it is outlined in their purchase agreement, highlighted on the payment page, and reminded of in their shipping and delivery emails. My kids started training with it and have been so engaged and so impressed with both the drills and the live coaching sessions. My daughter’s footwork has already noticeably improved! Highly recommend this product and the training app and program it comes with.

This was purchased as a gift for my grandson.I just realized they are charging me for a subscription monthly. The box had absolutely nothing in it to activate or know how to use it. Now he would like to begin using it and come to find out he never had anything telling him how to use it! Reputable companies do not do business like this!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This company is criminal

This company is criminal. I purchased a Christmas gift & now I'm being charged $20/month. They have a link to stop payment but they charge $14. I sent them a letter to stop charging me, the letter was returned because the address does not exist!

So far I am pleased with the product

So far I am pleased with the product. I was aware that I had to pay for a membership as it was mentioned during the checkout process. That can add up overtime so I don't plan on keeping it long term. I just wanted my son to get some practice before joining a league as he has never played soccer before.

Charged for a Subscription I Never Signed Up For

Just did my taxes and saw a dozen high charges from DribbleUp I never authorized or even noticed until now. The ball was a gift. A physical product. At no point did I knowingly sign up for a subscription—and definitely not one worth hundreds of dollars over time.

They found a way to quietly pull money from my account for months without my knowledge. No warning, no meaningful notification, and no use on my end. Not once. Just steady billing, hidden in the background.

I feel taken advantage of. The charges were high, and the fact that it went this long without any clear consent or communication is unacceptable. Watch your accounts closely—this felt like a trap.
