Can I give zero stars? Subscription required. Not only is it required, it is automatically charged the moment the product is delivered to you! They say there is a 30 day guarantee to return the product, but you will be charged for the "all-access" app while you're trying out the product. And because, in the fine print, I didn't select it was a gift, the charges won't be refunded or returned from the time it is delivered and the time it's opened! Such poor customer service. Dribbleup staff, don't bother responding. Apologies don't undo the bad rap you're getting for your shady practices.

They make it hard to cancel your membership

Are there any decent and ethical companies out there anymore that aren’t so greedy as to continuing to charge their own customers even after they’ve made the initial purchase? Security cameras, tablets like remarkable, Exercise mirrors and now a soccer ball?? It’s not even standard size! Why would you do this to your customers? You charge $50.(While acting like that’s a sale price from $100) But apparently that’s not good enough, you want to continue taking more money from your customers each month. Are your programmers not skilled enough to create AI or even simple programs like Nintendo Wii from 30 years ago? Nintendo Wii had more Advanced technology that didn’t require monthly subscriptions. This is getting out of hand. This is the only thing that’s getting in the way of Purchasing anything from this company. I will continue to search elsewhere.

This is a complete scam. There is no ‘misunderstanding’ as you respond to other buyers. Nowhere when you purchase the ball do you state you’ll automatically be charged monthly for a premium membership. It is a complete fraud. Basically a cheap ball under cover of a membership that I never signed up for.

Not user friendly - video doesn’t track the ball well and they scam you on the monthly subscription after a cheap initial buy.

They have great customer service. Their app is useful. It provides my child a good option for a workout while practicing how to dribble.

Was supposed to receive it yesterday. Has not even shipped yet, and they already started billing me for the membership. Borderline scam!

Little did I know that when you purchase the soccer ball you get automatically charged $16.99 for the Premium app usage. That just seem like a deceiving business practice, please let people decide whether they want to pay for premium or not. There is no refund so you will be stuck with it if you cancel.

My son is using the app, but not interested in premium level.

The ball arrived deflated, and despite trying to inflate it, it didn’t work. After contacting customer service, they sent a replacement, but the second one had the same issue. I’ve now gone through two defective products, and I’m really disappointed, especially since I was excited to try this with my sons. The concept seems great for teaching kids, but something needs to be done to fix this issue.

Dribbleup customer service was excellent. Prompt and helpful responses for an issue with a recently purchased stand. They went above and beyond, which is the type of company you want to work with for your children's development in sports. I'd recommend anyone to sign up and feel comfortable about any questions or issues that may arise with your purchase. That's hard to find these days!

Like the others are saying, I too came here to praise the customer service. Our order tracking was showing no movement and was a birthday gift, so I emailed customer service. They immediately shipped a new order. Our daughter couldnt wait to get started. The drills are challenging (she just turned 6), but it is something she can work toward. Thankfully, she doesnt get discouraged quickly, so this is a good product for her. I do wish the beginner levels were slower to demo - we have to pause and restart and help her understand what she’s supposed to be doing. Eventually, she’ll be more independent, but with the younger kids, you’ll need to be present.

Be careful when you buy. You’re signing up for a monthly subscription. I just noticed I was getting charged 16.99/month (June 2024) since Christmas. This was a gift, so imagine how pissed I was to learn that I wasted over $100 for something that was probably never used.

I will start by saying the product (Dribble Up Baseball Glove) did not work for us. I knew pretty much right away my kids did not have the patience or discipline to go through with the tutorials/drills. The return process was so easy and I received a return label within minutes of placing my request. The company also refunded my subscription to the app right away. I am beyond impressed. Even though the product was not a good fit, this company has secured a customer for life due to the amazing customer service.

I got this soccer ball as a Christmas gift to my little brother. The have been changing me and I’ve trying to get a hold of them for the pass 6 months and I haven’t gotten a response.

All I did was purchase a junior basketball.... this company took my credit card and enrolled me in some membership club I know nothing about.... stay away from this company.... they are deceitful....

I will never trust or buy anything from this company again. 6 months charged without my knowledge. BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU BUY and check your account for a dribbleup $16.99 monthly fee.

My son loved the video lessons and great technical support.

I ordered the wrong size ball for my son. Customer service was so fast and no question asked. We got our shipment within couple days. My 10 year old son loves it. I’m loving it! Thank you Grace.
