Excellent customer service! We bought fir Christmas and found out shortly after our daughter has decided basketball is for her. This is an excellent product and I can see the value for those that are looking for improvement in their playing! Highly recommend 👌

My son was gifted the smart basketball for Christmas. He tried it out but found it wasn’t something he would utilize on a regular basis. I even downloaded the app for him to try. It is excellent for those that would find it useful. I requested a refund via email and the customer service was excellent with quick a response. They sent a return label as soon as requested and fully refunded my app membership fee. I am awaiting the product refund but have already received an e-mail that it was on the way. I would definitely recommend supporting this company. Amazing customer service and awesome product idea!

I bought the soccer ball for my 5 year old grandson for Christmas, he just wasn't quite ready for it. Tried to cancel Jan. 8th, said I only had until Jan 5th to cancel. Very poor return policy, very poor customer service.

You need to read the fine print which outlines you'll be charged a monthly overpriced subscription to actually use their equipment. I felt really duped. Definitely will be returning.

I purchased Dribble Up as a gift for my grandson. It’s his first year playing basketball. He loves the extra coaching and feedback he gets through the DribbleUp system. Can’t wait for the kids to try the other smart sports equipment available.

Company was very helpful. I bought the basketball and soccerball for my daughter, She was super excited about the soccerball, but not the basketball. The company made it very easy to return and refunded very quickly.

These guys have a great thing going. If you reallly want to invest in your child’s skills, I’d highly recommend this service. The more touches a kid can get on a ball, the better their skills will be. 20 minutes of purposed dribbling is better than the usual random dribbling in my driveway. Now my son does both. I’ve seen complaints about subscriptions being hidden and people not being charged correctly, but it definitely wasn’t hidden and my billing has always been correct. Additionally, their customer service is on point. Within a few days of using the elite stand that I ordered with the basketball, it had broken. The construction of the stand isn’t industrial for sure but it works. At any rate, I reached out to them about it and they replaced it no questions asked. I received the new one within four days. Overall I’m satisfied with this product. I’m anxious to see what results will look like 6 weeks from now after having my son use it 20 minutes per day. Thanks DribbleUp!

I ordered my 8 yr old son a soccor ball for Christmas and told him he had a virtual coach, he wasn't that excited. He explained that soccor isn't his sport anymore and that basketball was. I immediately emailed customer service and let them know and they sent me a return label that day and as soon as the soccor ball was back in the mail and I let them know through email, they shipped out a basketball in his size! They were super helpful in fixing my mistake and it was all done through the same email string! I didn't have to do much at all. And now my son is excited to receive his basketball and use his virtual coach to learn some moves!!! I'm glad they had an easy fix for it. They really have great customer service!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great Customer Service! My great nephew belonged to a training center that has equipment similar to the smart basketball I got him for Christmas. Dribble up right away accepted my request to return for a full refund.

Great product and even better customer service

Ordered what I thought was the basketball for my grandson and by my own mistake got the exercise ball. After christmas when my grandson opened it and found out I ordered wrong ball, I wrote to company told them my mistake and they sent me a return label and sent me out the one I originally wanted! No question asked. Great customer service!!

Very cool product. I bought one soccer ball and one basketball and my boys love them and the training drills. I also found customer service to be incredibly fast and helpful. The tripod I ordered broke and they responded to my email right away (on Christmas day!) To offer a replacement or refund. Great company!
