I had ordered the wrong size ball in the process of ordering. I must have overlooked the option while filling out the order. I received an adult size ball, 29.5 and needed the size smaller (28.5"). The DribbleUp team was very helpful and sent out a return label at no expense. A correct sized ball was sent back out. Thank you

I bought 2 basketvalks, one for each of my grandsons. Now I find I'm being charged monthly for,a premium subscription that I did not ask for. Don't want a premium subscription, didn't ask for it, want my money back for premium

What a great company! Incredibly responsive to all questions, and they provide quality products. My grandson already purchased their soccer ball, and asked for a Dribble Up basketball for his birthday. It arrived today and he is so excited to start his training regimen. The best part is this company does NOT charge you multiple monthly training app charges for each product. Very rare to find a supplier today who rewards their loyal customers!

I bought a Dribble Up gift pack of a soccer ball and basketball for my 13 & 15yr old nephews for Christmas. They are notoriously hard to impress (lol, teenagers!) They LOVED their new balls and immediately started playing and noticed "new muscles that are already sore."

Then winter and snow hit and they can't play in the house, so I contacted customer support to cancel their app membership until it was nicer out. I missed the cut off by one day, but Chanel at customer service fixed things within literally less than 5 minutes of my email send.

Honestly, the boys LOVE their dribble up balls and can't wait to get out and use them once the Washington winter is over. So far it's the best gift I've been able to get them that encourages their favorite sports while being both fun and educational. They were impressed with the first tutorial they tried (until we all got in trouble for playing soccer and basketball in the house lol).

Can't wait to get their membership restarted in a couple months!

I loved this, it's like having a personal 1 on 1 coach - my kids on the other hand did not enjoy it as much as I thought they would, I will try again once the weather gets better and have them practice outside instead.

When I purchased this for my grandsons Christmas present way back in November they allowed the membership to begin the day after Christmas. The customer service is so responsive. Our grandson loves the basketball and did use the training and drills. He just decided that for now he doesn’t want to continue the subscription. I emailed customer service and the cancellation was completed within minutes. I respect this company for their quality product and for their good business practices.

The best customer service I ever had, they responded so quickly and took care of my issue with refund. The customer service is awesome and I would definitely recommend them. Also, great price program for kids to learn and get better at skills.

I bought a basketball for my granddaughter who absolutely loves it. She is 12 years old and just joined the school basketball team. The coach really loved the dribble up ball and ordered three. The coaching apps are great!

The soccer ball was a Christmas gift for my Grandson. I was SO excited, I thought he'd love it. He's been playing club soccer since he was 6 or 7 (?), he's 13 now and sadly because he has frequent practices and tournaments a lot of weekends, he wasn't interested. I contacted customer service and it was returned and I had my money back right away! Their response to email was incredibly fast! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! THANK YOU!!

Dribble Up was very prompt with responding to my unique membership request. They solve the problem for which I thought would be a lost but the team step in step up and fix it without any issues.

I think this is a great app for all ages learning the game. I have been a coach for years and you only get a couple of practices a week with the players. Having a tool like this allows the girls to work on their game at home on one of the most important areas of the game dribbling.

Very responsive customer service. Had to exchange my son’s stand after it was broken and they sent me a new one right away. So far my son is enjoying the dribbling practice.

I was returning one item for another . I had to return a soccer ball. To get a baseball glove. My customer service rep. made the entire matter easy & fast. When I'm able to see my Grandson use the glove & app. I will write another review.

As far as the app, I think it’s a cool idea and my kids love it. Why I am giving them a 5 star review is because of how they handle a recent situation. I found out I had two accounts with them, so I was double paying for an extended period of time. They technically didn’t have to help me out, but they definitely did. Really happy with the outcome and am a big fan of them and how they run their company.
