DO NOT USE, THE CHEAPER CAR HIRE IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE.
The worst car agency, Athens office should be put in prison for not returning your security deposit. Completely lacking in integrity and unethical. We were told we would get our deposit refunded the next day.. We had to cancel our credit card and lodge it as a disputed transaction with our bank before we got our 900Euro back, that too, only because our bank reversed the transaction! They kept making excuses saying their accounts had to process it, did not release my deposit after 30days.
DO NOT USE.

Please avoid

Please avoid, very hard to get a deposit realeased.

I rented a car in May 2025. The pick up was fine although the person at the desk was quite pushy about buying extra cover from them (even though I declined and informed I have comprehensive insurance from discover cars already) and ‘warned’ that the police doesn’t arrive to accidents which is needed to claim the excess. That felt unnecessary repeated and sketchy. I returned the vehicle in the same condition, went through all checks (thankfully I had very detailed photography of all scratches the has car already had). Contract states it takes up to 30 working days to return deposit on my credit card, I was also told that if I leave a 10/10 review on disovercars.com I would get the deposit released quicker. I did that and haven’t received the deposit back. I contacted them 3 times asking about the deposit and I was promised that that’s being taken care of. After over 40 working days of no action on their part I was forced to resolve that through my credit card provider. Plenty other car rental companies in Tirana, best to avoid this one.

Absolutely fantastic experience with…

Absolutely fantastic experience with this car rental company! The service was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. One of the employees even went above and beyond by dropping us off at our hotel, which was a huge bonus. The payment and pickup process was seamless and flexible, with no issues or hassle whatsoever. We were thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the team, and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a stress-free car rental experience. Five stars isn't enough - we'd give them ten stars if we could! 😊

Si il y avait moins 5 etoiles je les…

Si il y avait moins 5 etoiles je les aurez mit je viens de voir les avis et je confirme c est des voleurs,arrivée à l aeroport une personne devait m attendre à l aeroport d heraklion àvec une pancarte drive 365 j ai tourner pendant 1 heure et je ne les ai jamais vu soit disant il était la pendant 45mn à attendre.mais la faute est aussi à bst location qui eté le responsable de la location sur internet car je les ai appelés a l arrivé et n ont rien Fait .cela m à coûter 100 euros et de taxi 280 euros de location .et de plus je ne sais pas si but location vont me remboursé.

Vorsicht! Seit über 1 1/2 Monaten keine Kaution zurücküberwiesen

Achtung vor dem Vermieter. Die Kaution von 900 Euro wurde direkt von der Kreditkarte abgebucht und wird nicht nur blockiert. Am 11.06 bis zum 16.06. haben wir in Heraklion ein Auto gemietet. Abholung alles top. Kontakt direkt über WhatsApp. Bei der Rückgabe hatte der Mitarbeiter jedoch seine Papiere vergessen und meinte, wir erhalten alles per Mail und hat sich entschuldigt. Nun ist inzwischen der 25.07. und die Kaution habe ich immer noch nicht zurück erhalten. Es gibt keine Reaktion auf die auf deren Website genannten Mailadresse und der Kontakt in WhatsApp sagt dass er es prüfen möchte, jedoch wird man danach ignoriert. Geht lieber zu einer anderen Autovermietung! Absolut grottig dieser Laden!

One hour rule

My rental started at 2030h and the flight Luton-Sarajevo couldn't land in Sarajevo because of storm and was rerouted to Belgrade for refueling.

We came back to Sarajevo 2245h and was told at pick up desk that our reservation was canceled because we were late over ONE hour.
They were aware of plane being diverted. Why do they have this policy if someone has already paid in full and through their site made the booking NOT third party?
So, you pay in full and you are late over ONE hour the car is not yours any more.

I had no choice but to make a new booking with them, if I knew about this rule I wouldn't make a booking at first place.

Keinesfalls darüber ein Auto mieten / hands off this hire company

Ich rate dringend davon ab, bei Drive365 ein Auto zu mieten. Die Kaution in Höhe von 900 Euro wird abgebucht anstat geblockt und wurde trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung nach über 3 Wochen nicht zurück erstattet. Für die Rückgabe des Fahrzeugs wurden unberechtigt 40 Euro verlangt. Sie meinten 7:30 Uhr morgens wäre außerhalb ihrer Office-Zeiten, obwohl ihre Office-Zeiten um 7:00 Uhr morgens beginnen.
Ich kann nur empfehlen: Hände weg von diesem Autoverleih!

I strongly advise against renting a car from Drive365. The deposit of 900 euros is debited instead of blocked and was not refunded after more than 3 weeks despite several requests. An unauthorised charge of 40 euros was made for the return of the vehicle. They said 7.30am was outside their office hours, although their office hours start at 7.00am.
I can only recommend: Hands off this hire company

Unhelpful staff

Unhelpful staff. I gave them 2 of my UK credit cards ( Halifax clarity & Premier HSBC) but their system kept showing them Debit Cards , as a result, they wont give me the car and ruined my holidays. Never happened before. There system was rubbish and they were not even apologetic.

We have looked into the matter with our local team in Sarajevo. As per the rental conditions agreed upon at the time of booking, a valid credit card is required for the security deposit. The cards you presented were identified as debit cards using a publicly available card verification tool, which is standard across the industry. Regrettably, without a credit card, we were unable to proceed with the rental.
We understand how disappointing this must have been, especially while traveling, and we are sorry that this impacted your plans.
While our team acted in line with policy, we do take your comments regarding the service and communication seriously and will review this internally to ensure a more helpful and empathetic approach in the future.

Betrug leider bestätigt - SCAM confirmed

Leider hat sich bei mir auch das Problem bestätigt, was andere Kunden hier über den Betrug schreiben.
Das Auto war ein einem super Zustand, neu und wenig gefahrene km. Das Personal freundlich und vertrauenswürdig.

Nur bisher (Juli 2025) keine Kaution in Höhe von 900€ aus unserem Urlaub im Mai 2025 zurück bekommen!!! Es sind mehr als 40 Tage und der Kundenservice hat nach meinem erneuten Kontaktversuch via eMail und whatsapp nicht mehr reagiert!!

Unfortunately, the problem that other customers have written about the SCAM has also been confirmed in my case.
The car was in excellent condition, new, and had few kilometers on it. The staff was friendly and trustworthy.

But so far (July 2025), I haven't received my €900 deposit back from our vacation in May 2025!!! It's been more than 40 days, and customer service hasn't responded to my repeated attempts to contact them via email and WhatsApp!!

Avoid Drive 365 – Warning

I rented a car from Drive 365 in May and they took a €900 deposit. The car was returned in perfect condition on May 8th, and their terms say deposits are refunded in 30 days. It’s now July, and I still haven’t seen a cent.

I followed up constantly — they lied about processing the refund and asked for my bank details (even though they charged my credit card). Now they’ve completely stopped responding.

I’ve had to file a dispute with my card company to get my money back. This company is dishonest, unreliable, and borderline fraudulent. Avoid at all costs.

UWAGA - NIE ZWRACAJĄ DEPOZYTU

Już ponad miesiąc czekam na zwrot depozytu za najem auta z lotniska w Atenach. Pomimo wielu maili z prośbą o zwrot firma odpisuje, że przekazuje prośbę do odpowiedniego działu i resztę mają w nosie. Auto oddane z większą ilością paliwa niż na początku i w stanie idealnym. Nie rozumiem polityki paliwowej pełny do pełnego gdy w rzeczywistości otrzymałem auto zatankowane w 1/4 baku.

Pathetic experience from drive 365

Pathetic experience from drive 365 . I have booked car through 365 car rental and the pick up was Sarajevo downtown and drop off would be Sarajevo airport . I have paid the full amount and booked for 2 which was not even full 2 days as I have booked from 11 AM next day 7PM so approximately I have paid for 2 days for 32 hours booking and when I was about to pick up the car in downtown due to their technical issue the office in the downtown was closed which was not my issue and when I booked the reply from them is to pick up the car from the downtown pickup point . They offered me to pick up the car from the airport which will take me 1.5 hours to reach there . So when I called I denied to pick up the car from the location which was not in my booking they have cancelled my booking and even after cancellation of all these drama I haven’t received my refund and not even responding to my emails or messsges . Such a pathetic car providers I have seen in entire Europe . Because of them I had to cancel my hotel booking as I couldn’t reach the place had a very very very bad experience renting with them . So please don’t rent with them at all

Please understand that this was due to a sudden and unforeseen technical issue on-site, which unfortunately coincided with your scheduled pick-up time. At the time of your booking, we had no prior knowledge of the issue, nor were we informed of the construction work in the vicinity that may have contributed to the office being inaccessible.
We do understand your frustration, especially given that your plans were affected, and we deeply regret the inconvenience this caused.
As already communicated to you, we can confirm that your booking was cancelled at no fault of your own and we will accordingly proceed with the full refund of the transaction.

Please accept our sincere apologies once again for the negative experience and sincerely hope that we will be able to assist you again in the future.

Driver 365 et BSP-auto

J avais loué une voiture en passant par bsp auto.
Il se trouve que j ai fait une erreur sur l'horaire d'arrivée qui été en réalité l horaire de départ.
De ce fait quand je suis arrivé à heraklion le loueur s était empressé de clôturer mon dossier sans vérifier le numéro de vol que l on fourni.
Du coup je me suis débrouiller de louer ailleurs.
Ce n'est vraiment pas normal de plus que le prélèvement avait été effectué.
Ce sont des voleurs.
Je ne conseille ni drive 365 ni bsp auto.

Prise en charge/Retour du véhicule/Arnaque déguisé.

À la prise en charge du véhicule, la situation est globalement satisfaisante avec un bon accueil. Cependant, comme nous avons récupéré de nuit le véhicule, il était difficile de faire un contrôle correct juste avec les lumières de la route. Celles-ci ne permettaient de voir si il y avait des rayures au niveau de la carrosserie. Le loueur nous a montré une rayure sur la partie basse en caoutchouc gauche du pare-choc frontal et il nous a dit que c'était tout.
Au retour du véhicule, il nous signale une autre rayure toujours sur la partie basse en caoutchouc du pare-choc frontal mais cette fois ci à droite. Il faut dire que cette partie basse du pare-choc en caoutchouc est de couleur noire donc difficile à voir en particulier la nuit. Conclusion, le loueur nous a facturé 135 euros ce qui est à l'évidence excessif pour une rayure qui peut être gommé esthiquement avec une petite intervention chez un carrossier. Cette société pratique il est vrai un tarif très intéressant par rapport à l'ensemble des loueurs de l'aéroport d'Athènes. J'ai réglé un peu plus de 40 euros pour 4 jours pour une location en juin, ce qui est un très bon prix. Je pense qu'il se rattrape en abusant de la sorte sur ce genre de situation. La posture du loueur, qui était le responsable de cette agence, au retour du véhicule n'était pas des meilleure, rien à avoir avec celle de l'employé au moment de la prise du véhicule. On sentait visiblement l'arnaque quand il a déployé ses arguments pour justifier les 135 euros. Au final, blés 4 jours de locations nous ont coûté plus de 170 euros. Je ne saurai trop conseiller les futurs clients d'éviter ce loueur et de faire très attention surtout lorsque les loueurs affichent des prix très en dessous de la moyenne, ils se rattrapent autrement. C'est l'exploitation du touriste.
Un message que j'adresse au responsable de cette agence d'Athènes : pour la prise en charge de nuit, il faut absolument prévoir l'éclairage adapté qui permet au client de vérifier l'état du véhicule, la seule lumière de route ne suffit absolument pas.

If at any point the lighting is not sufficient, customers are encouraged to inform our staff so we can assist with a more thorough inspection. Our team is always available to help ensure everything is clear and transparent from the start.

In this particular case, we would like to clarify that the damage noted upon return specifically the scratch was not present at the time of pickup. The condition of the vehicle was carefully documented, and only the mark on the left side was recorded and acknowledged at that time. Our representative even made a discount in order to assist you with the best possible way.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Don’t ever rent from this place, specially if you have kids. We had booked child booster seats, none of them were available. We were given a “premium car” without A/C. We were left stuck in the middle of nowhere.

Servizio eccellente ad Heraklion

Servizio eccellente ad Heraklion. Katerina è stata cordialissima ed attenta: ci è venuta incontro all'arrivo in aeroporto e ci ha subito accompagnato all'auto, una Toyota Yaris Cross nuovissima, pulitissima ed in condizioni assolutamente perfette. Se e quando ritorneremo a Creta, sicuramente prenderemo di nuovo l'auto da Drive365.

J'ai pris une voiture à l'aéroport de…

J'ai effectué une réservation pour 4 jours en passant par un moteur de recherche, cette voiture je devais la récupérer à l'aéroport de Sarajevo, et au moment de faire le dépôt de franchise qui était de 900€ ecrit sur le contrat, on me m'explique que avec la franchise à 900€, pas beaucoup de dégâts sont inclus et que du coup pour être plus protégé, je dois soit de bloqué le maximum de la carte de crédit, soit de prendre une assurance.
Cette assurance avait deux options une option à 369€, avec une franchise de 150€, soit une deuxième option qui dépassait avec un tarif de plus de 500€, c'est à dire que j'aurais payé au minimum quasiment 500€ pour 4 jours de location, car avais déjà payé 106€ au moment de la réservation en ligne et ça pour une Fiat Panda, jamais j'ai vu ça dans d'autres pays européens.
J'ai donc accepté de bloquer le montant maximum de ma carte de crédit et là surprise car c'est bien la première fois que je vois ce type de système, au niveau du terminal ou je pouvais rentrer mon code, c'était possible que de bloquer 900€, et du coup il à envoyé une vérification 3d, par l'ordinateur laquelle je n'ai jamais reçu, j'ai pourtant l'application de ma carte de crédit installée sur mon téléphone, mais vu que je me trouve en dehors de l'UE, je n'ai pas ma carte sim habituelle, peut-être que j'ai reçu un sms, je ne sais pas, je le saurai que quand je serai en UE.
J'ai loué des voitures au Portugal, et Espagne deux pays, où il y des pratiques une peu floues aussi au niveau des assurances pour voiture de location, mais c'est bien la première fois que je vois ce type de système.
La franchise n'était pas de 900€, dans ce cas vu que ma carte avait un plafond de 3000€, ça aurait été celle-ci la franchise, à moins que je prenne la fameuse assurance à 369€.

First of all, I would like to mention that we are sorry to hear about the issue at pick-up.
As confirmed with the local team, the issue was due to a failed 3D Secure verification, as the phone needed to complete the process wasn’t available.
The staff immediately offered alternative solutions, including using another card, even a debit card but unfortunately, none could be used. As a result, the reservation was cancelled at your request, as payment could not be completed under the circumstances.
While we regret that the rental could not proceed, the conditions in place are standard for all customers and were correctly applied in this case.
