Received my Jaguar F Pace on 15th November and I am incredibly pleased with the vehicle. The whole experience dealing with the Pivotal team from start to finish has been first class. Tilly looked after me, talked me through options and allocation, making it all so easy. I'm a very happy customer, I highly recommend Pivotal to anyone considering.

I've been with pivotal for over 4 years, brilliant package, service has always been good, love the ease of it all. Had to leave them now (Nov 24) but not out of choice, gutted JLR stopped electric vehicles, currently salary sacrifice so had to move to an other EV brand, let me know when you get new EV's on the books !!!

Can not speak highly enough about Pivotal. They are an excellent company to deal with in every way. The service is exceptional and the whole process has been seamless. I would not hesitate to recommend or to use again for my next vehicle.

Couldn't have asked for better customer service from Pivotal. Gutted the Jaguar electrics have been discontinued we'd have stayed with Pivotal for the foreseeable for the customer service alone. Incredibly easy and took all the hassle out of having a car. Highly recommend.

I have been a Pivotal customer for over two years now and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They offer me a brand new car every 6 months and the service team are incredibly helpful. No hidden charges and just a really great experience. Makes driving a car in London a pleasure .

A clear and efficient service. Customer service team are quick to respond and help with any issues. I dealt with Thomas Priest who was very helpful and accommodating around our time to call.
Not the cheapest way to have a vehicle but the personal touch provided is why I use this service.

Ashley from Pivotal has been absolutely fantastic and is by far the best account manager I've had in all the years I've been a Pivotal customer. Nothings a problem and when it comes to my car refresh, she contacted me ahead of my refresh and gt me the car I wanted!

I have been with Pivotal for a number of years now and the subscription is brilliant.
New cars every 6 months and each vehicle swap day is seamless.
Ashley is attentive, offers solutions and informative - I am sure I will be a customer for years to come

Pivotal works really well and delivers nearly new Range Rovers to customers. Customer care is strong, but needs to be as the underlying product can be unreliable, which is no fault of Pivotal. Greatly appreciate the regular contact when things are not working as they should.
