If you happened to have accidently (which is very likely), used or thinking of using this site, assuming its the official DVLA site - STOP now, as they are not the DVLA, but a third party company, which offers nothing to expedite the turnaround or make the application form easier to fill (which is very straightforward anyway). If you have already filled in the form and submitted it to them, you can cancel immediately and get the £37 refund back with no problem. However, the catch is; very soon afterwards, your bank details having been captured; activates a 3 monthly £89 subscription for the use all their other form filling UK DVLA licence services. When you call them directly, they blame you for missing the small print which declares that there is subscription in place. They will only offer a £60 refund here, giving them £29 to pocket for themselves - This being how they make their money. If you require the whole amount, they offer to escalate the matter further to a higher level (maybe to their master-mind). Whatever you decide, I'd report them to your bank at least, who although cannot get involved in the dispute part of the transaction between the 2 parties, can at least have them placed on their blacklist radar of scammers. Please do ensure to use the official GOV.CO.UK site only in future.

Once I realised that this was an agency and that I had missed the small print that committed me to a £89 subscription fee.
After reading the reviews , I called them up and they very kindly refunded my payments .

Bunch of crooks. My Wife used this site to renew her driving licence thinking it was the official DVLA site.
Fortunately, these people are so dodgy, the Banks are well aware of them and blocked the transaction before raising a query with my Wife.
Quite a clever ploy really, targetting older people coming up to age 70. Bet they get away with an awful lot. Devious and cynical people.

This company IS NOT the official Government site for ordering your driving licence! They make you pay £14 for it, then sign you up for a subscription of £89 every 3 months!!! They took out 2 payments of £89 and I requested a refund which they issued the £89 and cancelled it after complaining, but I am still waiting for one of the payments to be refunded!! Awful company taking advantage of vulnerable people and pretending they are providing you with a service!! Scammers!!!

These people are SCAM artists, paid £34 as i was duped by the website and suddenly ive had two lots of £89 taken out under application online, my bank cant seem to stop them as i apparently signed up for a subscription (that i didnt) and I have no way of cancelling. Its been £212 so far and no sign of a refund or stopping them, i am at a loss

These people are scammers......They con you out of £10 then £89 every 3 months for a service which is provided completely free by DVLA. If you cannot find their telephone number it's 02045713272. They will talk you circles and you'll not get anywhere save offering to cancel the "subscription" you didn't agree to. You can also try +442045251110. I eventually found their emails in deleted junk folder. There is no mention of a subscription nor any mention of "right to cancel". You have been warned.........

This company should not be operating as it is obvious from all the complaints on here! I used them to renew fa driving licence because I thought they were DVLA. The website is misleading and they took £24 for the application which has been successful and I have received BUT they then took £89 after only 3 days for a subscription I had not signed up to. Same story as everyone on here. I am trying to complain to Trading Standards and Citizen Advice but on a 40 minute hold at the moment. Very concerned that they have my personal details and cannot be trusted. Cannot believe they are still allowed to trade given this long line of complaints.

I have applied for a provisional drivers license and I have received it but the DVLA keep charging my nan every month and I was wondering if you could give her a refund and I want to know if I can drive given my medical status

I have just been scammed by this shocking company who took £89 out of my account after pretending to be connected to DVLA. They should be taken to court; they cannot be traced. I am furious.

I too fell victim to this site erroneously thinking it was DVLA and giving them £30, however as it was a card transaction I called the bank they will reimburse the £30 if the payment is taken. My card is now blocked and cancelled so they can’t get anymore payments and the bank have also put a block on them as a trader meaning if at any point any did get through I will be reimbursed for those too - good old Barclay’s they really are great in these situations - I emailed them and got an automated response and the bank called them and had an automated response on the phone - it’s easy in hindsight to feel stupid but the platform they use is very convincing I’m more worried about the personal details I gave them and have done as much as I can to sort that too.

These people are the scum of the earth, they've attached themselves to Gov.uk and without you knowing, will fleece you, they give you 3 days to cancel a subscription which you were unaware you signed up for, when you try to cancel they change their email address which you then can't access..... just before you click submit there is a tiny yellow box underneath
saying there are not Gov.uk. they should be prosecuted, i don't understand why the government are still allowing this, thousands of people are getting scammed 😡😡😡

Just found that £89 taken as well as£10 fast track thieving sods it’s money pensioner can I’ll afford.From what I’ve read cannot reclaim this money WHAT A RIP OFF.Government should step in and stop a so say government department ripping people off

So upset. Applied for 10 year licence renewal and thought I was on dvla site.
A further £89 taken out of my hard earned cash.
Nothing to indicate this was a charge or not dvla.
What can be done? The dvla and bank have explained this appalling set up of licence assistance.

All the reviews below perfectly articulate what a hideous company this is. I'm not a stupid person. This is a clever scam. We might not be able to call it fraud but it's unconscionable and morally corrupt behaviour on the part of the company. So far I am unable to get my £89 back and have been told that after a year they can try to take it again. Lost for words and very angry.

Been scammed by this company,taken all my details,fraudsters!DO NOT USE,make sure if you are applying for a replacement licence that the site is genuine.

I have fallen for this copycat website £89 for a new license also £10 to fast track it, contacted the bank as it’s pending to stop payment but they said no even spoke to there fraud department. I am over 70 and this service should be free. Having seen all the other reviews about this company can’t understand how they are allowed to continue.

Do not use this company. They leave it 3 days to take your money £89, also change their email address!
When you agree with terms etc that’s when you’ve just joined their group! Then I have just been told, that they were going to take more money out after 3 months. Disgusting. Why would people work for these scammers.
Can’t the government do something?

This service is a complete ripoff.
I noticed it was not DVLA and pressed link to DVLA, filled out application myself and thought it was off the con site, it wasn’t.
Email went to spam, didn’t notice until bill appeared inaccount.
Since then I cannot contact site. They have no phone number and email link doesn’t work.
