Same as all others, thought was legit but in the small print somewhere you sign over £89 every 3 months for nothing. Just spent 2 hours on phone to the bank who cannot block them forever (only 13 months legally) so I cancelled my bank card to stop it happening again - very inconvenient. Also if you try to cancel on their website you get an error message to stop you … I’ve contacted their customer service but hold little hope for any money back… avoid at all costs. Scumbags

Don't know how I managed to get caught. Looked very legit when applying to renew my Driving Licence. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry.

Big scam!!!Absolutely disgusting company. Like others, I was charged £89 for no service at all.I thought I was on the Gov website to renew my driving licence, I had no idea I was dealing with fraudulent people until it was too late. Obviously they have no conscience, how can anybody work for this company knowing they are ripping innocent people off

Total scam. Beware. Looks like real DVA site but isn’t. Charge you £89 with no warning. No real service. Basically a scam service to catch out those not concentrating.

scammers who will take money out of your account every 90 days, and very difficult to cancel. Phone your bank to block payments immediately.

I can’t believe I fell for it I’m 18 years old and assumed it was the legit website as it was the first one to come up. I even showed it to my parents before submitting it!!!! SCAM OF A WEBSITE. I was charged £89 three days later. LUCKILY I WAS ABLE TO CONTACT THE COMPANY VIA A CHAT ON THIER WEBSITE AND THEY CANCELLED FURTHER SUBSCRIPTION TO THE ACCOUNT. My bank also refunded me the £89 taken out so currently I’m not at a loss. I HAVE REQUESTED A REFUND FROM THE COMPANY THEMSELVES BUT NOTHING I CAN DO. I AM JUST HOPING THAT IN THREE MONTHS THEY ACTUALLY STICK TO THIER WORD AND DONT CHARGE ME AGAIN.

Like everyone else on here I renewed my driving licence only to find out a few days later 89 pound had been taken out of my account. I phoned them and they said they would do a refund but then got cut off. I called again and the next agent advised me they could refund me 60 pound as I had used their services for the first month. I told them I did not want their services and I was taking this up with my credit card company and trading standards. I got an email advising my subscription was cancelled and I would be refunded 89 pound which was paid back into my account later that day. I must be one of the lucky ones to get a full refund

If you are reading this you have been scammed like me like everyone else I thought this site was a dvla licence renewal site and £14 paid not expecting £89 to pay 3 days later then every 90 days thereafter upon cancelling subscription called them and received £60after arguing politely still got stung for£29 waiting for licence to arrive

I have just used these not realising whom they are phoned them up straight away waiting for email for my money back please pleas everyone check before using this site

I immediately called them soon as I noticed £89 gone out my account they said I signed up a subscription, I told them I DID NOT sign for any Subscription and I immediately want refund of my £89 I said I’m going to report you straight away they there and then cancelled subscription and agree refund
I received a email telling me subscription canceled and refund made

Absolute SCUMBAGS! Everything about companies like this make boils my urine. I wouldn't cross the road to urinate on them if they were on fire.

How do I contact these vial people to see if I can get my money back. Does anybody have any ideas please????

DO NOT USE! My son has just been scammed out of £89. We will be following the advice below to stop the subscription and try to get his money back. My son was buying his provisional licence and this company have scammed a CHILD out of his money. They should be ashamed.

Scam, however when I just called them and said I was going trading standards etc etc they refunded my money and deleted my subscription instantly.
Thanks to the reviewer who included the phone number in their review because I couldn’t find a number for them anywhere.

Utter contempt towards me…I thought I was on the Gov website to renew my driving licence, I had no idea I was dealing with fraudulent people until it was too late.
