Made contact via the Ebay message process as my two phone calls were not attended to.....but when they did respond it was clear and concise confirmation that the part was compatible. Delivery was very quick and the part is working.

Packaging wasn't backed to keep it safe but it works and was delivered fast I would have been happier with a bit of cardboard inside to help it not get damaged in transit but 4 stars would give 5 if not for that.....

Bought laptop that did not have a working key despite being described as Grade A. Replacement sent - not grade A but Grade B - scratched, missing webcam lens. Returned that and asked for one they have listed (10 of them available) to be told it's sold out!! Still waiting for a response and replacement or refund. Regret buying from this firm AVOID AT ALL COSTS. May need to take legal action

I ordered a replacement CPU for a computer. It was incredibly well priced, delivered very quickly and packaged well. I am really pleased and will use the website again in the future.

I ordered a HP Elitebook 840 which arrived promptly. It looked in excellent condition. I took it and my old laptop to a PC Shop and paid them to safely transfer the data from my old device to the new one. Unfortunately 3 days later my new laptop began to go wrong. I described what was happening to Chat GPT who informed me it was most likely a hardware fault. I took photographs and sent them to Doctor Memory asking for a full refund which they processed on receipt of the returned laptop. I am however still out of pocket paying for the data transfer to a faulty device. Not recommended.

It arrived well packaged and on time

Unfortunately only 1 stick arrived, which didn't work.

Contacted them out of hours, next day I had a response.
I returned the item and within a working day of the item being returned, I had my refund.

While frustrating to only receive half what I ordered (and it didn't work), the service to refund was simple and fast, so no complaints overall.

I ordered 2 sticks of 8GB RAM but received only 1. Yet to receive any explanation, as their customer service isn't open until Monday, but just perplexed about how a simple mistake like this can be made.
After contacting them, they said, "Unfortunately, the item was listed incorrectly saying it was 2x8gb whist only being 1x8gb ", which is just a lie. Claiming you are selling one thing and not sending it is just scamming, so I would strongly recommend not buying from this company.

Great product and great experience

I ordered 2 sticks of RAM, two days later had an email saying refunded, no explanation or anything. I can't get through to speak to anyone. My advice is avoid if you want reliability, transparency and importantly, any form of customer service.

I ordered a brand new xum rebuild ready to game pc, after seeing all the reviews I was skeptical on whether the pc would work. Upon arriving everything looked fine however the gpu is faulty and has cause my game to repeatedly crash. Blacks screen, screen froze, system restarts. After contacting support (Tom) who was lovely helped uninstall and reinstall Windows and my drivers however that didn't work. Kind of disappointed as I worked very hard for my gaming pc and missed a very important gaming tournament . I'm awaiting Monday for xum to collect the pc.

Can't believe I've paid £33 for a 8 year old very well used Itel SSD 256, unfortunately I was in a rush and didn't see used item but there's used and past it's sell by date.The actual model was a 2017 item.

My wife bought me a Gaming PC from these guys through Amazon for my christmas 3 years ago, had a few issues which i have to say got sorted fairly quick, my problem with these guys is that i have recently just checked some of my HDDs for errors using a reliable piece of software, when i noticed something strange on my D: drive which was the 1TB HDD that came with the PC, i notice that the total runtime 47645 hours, which is nearly 5 and a half years, while the C: drive is the 256GB SSD is only 4408 which is nearly 6 months so i have a hard drive that has been running for 5 years longer than i have had the PC.

Nowhere in the description did it say that it was using reconditioned Hard drives. i checked the serial number for the HDD and it looks like it came from a DELL computer.

My advice to all who have bought a PC from these guys get software that can check the runtime of your HDDs, if it doesnt add up, get onto them.

I purchased a 16GB RAM module that stopped working and returned it promptly. The return was confirmed as delivered on 24 November. What followed was over a month of repeated excuses, delays, and broken promises regarding a simple refund.

Initially, I was told the refund was processed. Then I was told there was a system error. Later, I was informed that a refund couldn’t be issued through eBay anymore and was pushed toward a replacement instead. When I insisted on a refund, I was asked for my bank details for a manual payment — which again never materialised.

From late November through the end of December, I repeatedly chased for updates. Each response blamed something different: Black Friday, system errors, high message volume, sickness, the holiday season, or accounting delays. Despite being told multiple times that the refund was “being processed” or would arrive “in the next couple of days,” no refund was ever received.

In the end, communication simply stopped. For such a small amount, the time and effort wasted was disproportionate and extremely frustrating. Mistakes happen — but transparency, accountability, and follow-through matter. Unfortunately, this experience showed none of those.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this seller. Reliable after-sales support is just as important as the product itself, and this was seriously lacking.

After nearly seven weeks, I finally received the refund and an apology, giving me a reason to consider using them again.

Bought a gaming PC from them recently and had some trouble getting it to connect to my monitor, spoke to Tom from customer support who was friendly and told me what the issue was and how to solve it.

The solution worked perfectly and the PC is great, fantastic value for money.

Highly recommend for pre-built PCs and good customer service.

Bought a 4TB HDD - it killed my NAS, got a replacement, which did not work at all - cut my losses and bought from another store - they get old hardware, give it a dust off and sell to the public - wate of money
